They work. I purchased three last year and six this year. I noticed a slight difference with three so an additional six should be noticeable. My goal is to get a few more. My pool is 16x32. The con is the price. They are super expensive as compared to a solid solar cover. The pro is convenient and easy to put on and take off.

I was really hoping to like these, but I don't. My pool sweep isn't working as well. At least four of them are not staying properly inflated. I think I'm noticing a slight increase in the pool's temperature, but it's not enough to compensate for the inconvenience of using the rings. Overall, I'm disappointed in the product and would have returned them. But, by the time I realized they weren't working well, the return window had passed. I would not purchase again and will probably be throwing away.

This is my second set of these. We use them in our inground pool on sunny California. We don’t have a pool heater but with these the pool gets to about 81 in July and 83 in August. Without the pool seems to stay around 78 Fahrenheit. It is very important to follow the directions exactly in regards to inflation. Over inflation will cause them to curl up and possibly fly away in the wind. Our last set lasted about 3 summers before they all were looking so worn and burnt from the sun. For us, replacing these every 2-3 summers is well worth the cost savings of not buying g a heater or the energy use. I highly recommend!

I bought the first six six Solar Sun Rings and realized that my pool was twice the size so I bought another six. They definitely help keep our pool warm at least 10° more than without using. So that is a fantastic sell. However, the rings don't always stay inflated and there seems to be a physical flaw for the first batch being that the ring itself underneath that touches the water has pockets of water. So when you pull each ring out of the pool, they're extremely heavy and you have to wait for the water to drain. The second set of the exact same rings does not have this and they're much lighter and easier to pull out of the water. And for us as seniors., this is very important. It is also the reason that we decided to go with solar rings instead of a full pool blanket because of the cumbersomeness removing them.

I was incredibly disappointed. The people who work for the company are fantastic, the product falls short. Too cumbersome, they lose air and collect dirt. Was not ,ore convenient than à blanket.

Love the water anchor feature and overall they do the job of heating and/retaining heat. Still skeptical about how long these will last since these don’t seem to hold air as well as prior orders. We did try this version last summer to test them against the wind and they did stay in the pool, and they help air, but the magnet cavity is not impervious to water so the magnets rusted inside and would then leak rusty water out. Fingers crossed that won’t happen with this new set considering how expensive these are, but we’re willing to try. Overall, they work, but feeling like these are a seasonal purchase.

We added 15 rings to our 32 ft oval pool. It really does help store heat and increase temperature to a more comfortable level.

I have ordered SSR every year to make our pool easier to use - nobody wanted to go in the pool when it was too cold. They have worked like a charm every year, but this year, I could only find the "plain" ones without the palm tree design on the top. I ordered a pack of 10, as usual, but after only a couple weeks of use, only 4 of them are in tact. 6 of them have leaks, and it's really difficult to find out where the leak is. Leak patches are provided, and each year maybe 1 might get a leak by the end of the summer, so I've never used the patches before. Now, I feel like I'm stuck with these SSR that are a hassle. Most of the 6 rings with leaks will stay afloat for a little while, so I will go outside and scoop them out of the pool and reset them on the surface of the water, but that's a pain, and I can't do it all day long. I'm really bummed. I might just have to look into getting heater.

Very pleased with product. Covered the water well and did wonders for the temperature. Noticeable difference within 48 hours.

Casi todos perdian aire. Despues de una semana luchando con ellos, no han subido nada la temperatura (nada es absolutamente nada). Al estar flotando en la superficie bichos, suciedad se queda entre los anillos y no permite ser filtrada-liimpiada, vamos que no solo no calienta sino que ademas hace que la piscina este mas sucia.

This are too small and a very cheep quality, they are blow up and do not sit on the water flat. I have taken the air out put more in them and they still stick out of the water on one or more sides. As well, all the bugs stick to them and when you take them out so you can use the pool it is filled with all the bugs that have tried to attach themselves to it. Very poor quality for what I paid for them. Not worth it!!!

Seguí las instrucciones al pie de la letra y no he conseguido q estén bien siguen estando desformados y no calientan nada el agua.

Me han llegado mas de la mitad pinchados y se hunden en la piscina. No calientan nada y no funcionan. Un dinero perdido.
