The REAL DEAL. Cut with solvents to help penetration, and uses a food safe drier. Takes about a week to dry really well in cold weather. Wood looks great! Contains real tung oil.

The real deal. Not some blend, so be ready to keep air out of tin as you use it or transfer to a high quality "ketchup" like dispenser, so you squeeze the air out after each use . Real Tung oil hardens with air, does not "dry". It cures. Can take some time to harden, BUT results of a multi coat application over a month are amazing. Like Chinese jewel boxes of 1000 yrs ago, a multi coat layer seem impervious to anything.

Provides a good penetrating finish for finishing wood projects
I used it for finished wood that was engraved with a laser engraver. It has performed well.

I have used Watco tung oil for years and was not disappointed it is absolutely wonderful and the stain is beautiful, I stained a rocker and a old dresser. They both turned out great. The dresser looks so good I make all my friends some in the guest room just to admire it.

Super FANTASTIC. I have purchased other Tung Oil which left a sticky feel to my finished product, whereas WATCO leaves a beautiful finish. Certainly enhances the beauty of the woodgrain. I highly recommend WATCO for a professional finish to your prized woodworking.

Terrible finish!
Save yourself the trouble and buy Minwax or Formbys. I bought this as it was cheaper for a quart than a pint of the other two but seriously regret it. Two coats left it feeling tacky and plastic-like. I have been woodworking for 20+ years and never had it happen with the other finishes. I bought two cans of this so am regretting it especially since I can't return it due to flammable shipping policy. Save yourself the headache of resanding your project to use another finish like I am doing. DO NOT BUY!!!
