Can i use this for pc?

Actually I think that the person was asking if it was a USB mixer, I have a 'USB' mixer for my PC, and this one here i bought as a pre mix dry channel to run several intruments into my looper only.... you can use it with a pc like others said but that is only with that 1/8 inch jack adaptor and that can take some quality away and maybe have cable his/noise... i recommend in a similar size the :Mackie ProFX6v3 6-Channel Professional Effects Mixer with USB (i have this but the 10 channel version for using it to stream live music online via USB) notice the USB button on that board, that is what makes it a better 'pc compatible' Mixer than this one if you want PC (and the onboard effects are great)

where exactly on this mixer would I connect my subwoofer to?

Typically, subwoofers are connected to a crossover, which splits the audio signal into different frequency ranges that you'd normally send to a sub, woofer, and tweeter. There is no built-in crossover to this, so you'd have to send the signal to one. If your subwoofer happens to have a crossover built in, then you could use the CR out or even the tape out to it.
