Great sticks gives that little extra reach

The Vic Firth 5B Extremes are my new favorite Drumsticks!
I use several sizes of drumsticks, depending on what I'm playing and the Vic Firth 3A American Classics have been my main go to sticks, until now. I decided to try the 5B Extremes, with the extra length and I'm definitely loving them. Absolute solid quality and balance, for sure!

Works Good. Last Long Time.
They are a good weight and length. And just the right amount of thicc (just 2 c’s). They hold up pretty good but when they break they break quick. Probably has a lot to do with my playing style too.

Excellent stick choice for drummers looking for more reach
The 5B size stick is one of the most common sizes you will see drummers using. It's slightly fatter than the also very popular and thinner 5A. I wouldn't recommend the "Extreme" version of this stick to beginners because the longer the stick is the more control you will need and that comes with technique and experience. But if you aren't a beginner and prefer to sit back a little more and let you're sticks do more of the work, or if you are having trouble reaching certain aspects of your kit, the Extreme 5B's are an excellent choice.

Replacement Rock Band Sticks
Needed a new pair of rock band sticks and these work great for that purpose. Probably overkill, but whatever.

Great drumsticks!
My son is a professional drummer in a touring band. These are the sticks he uses. I wised up and found this vendor here on Amazon. Since I have Prime, I can order these in multiples for him and he gets them in 2 days which is so convenient for when he has to go on the road. (Plus I'm just a really great mom) When this order arrived he told me the sticks were perfectly proportionally matched (drummers will know what that means). This is a win!
