One week ago, I bought another brand of air fryer. Everything seemed perfect about it when it arrived but the second time I used it it had an electrical shortage and was dead. I was so disappointed after doing all the research.!!! my sister and I bought the same air fryer and she ended up returning hers too afraid that it would have an electrical short like mine. When the gowise arrived, the delivery person left it on the stairs 2/3 of the way from the front door. The box and unit weighed 32 pounds. It was a challenge to roll that box up the stairs, but I was determined because I had no choice -the other air fryer was so light, I could carry it up the stairs in the box by myself. So I approached this air fryer with much trepidation I like the gowise brand. I'm actually replacing a Gowise air fryer that I really loved for three years. When I finally had the energy to unbox the air fryer and install it I felt hopeful. First it's a solid machine well-made and impressive. It comes with a generous amount of accessories. I've read reviews criticizing the beeping and it's true. There is a lot of beeping when selecting the correct time and temperature. A knob to control the digital temperature and timer would be an improvement. Other than that it's a spectacular machine. I was surprised to find that the first thing that we fell in love with was lightly toasting tortillas to eat them as chips they were so light and so perfectly toasted. It was amazing, I was able to note the time and temperature to be created again and again 360° for three minutes! We made onion rings and apple crisp pie and heated up meat pies. Everything was delicious and perfectly heated. I'm excited to discover what else I will be making , I've had an air fryer for the last four years and normally use it just for quick heat ups and fries and finishing ribs out of the oven. But I assure you that the options this model will give you will expand the things I will be able to create in the kitchen , I'm looking forward to having my cousin over for dinner for kebabs and roasted potatoes. I know it's going to be wonderful but my favorite thing to make in the air fryer is hashbrowns. I zap whole potatoes in the microwave for four minutes. Then I cut and toss them with oil and seasonings air fry them on french fry setting and it's perfect every time you have to try it!

The first thing I did after running the initial 5 minute "burn off" (the smell wasn't bad) was make fries and onion rings in the rotisserie basket. It was fun to watch. I think it would work better if tit didn't need the rod. I used the preset cook time. The onion rings were perfect, the fries were overcooked and partially burned. It created a ton of smoke. This unit does create a lot of heat. I could see food in a pantry above it cooking or melting. Then I went to clean the basket. It was disgusting. Grease dried all over, stuck in the mesh and all the corners. This will be IMPOSSIBLE to clean (I have it soaking in hot soapy water, but I can't even get it completely submerged it is so big). I may never get any more use out of it. Even the rod took a lot of scrubbing to clean. The reviews that mention this are spot on. I wasn't expecting much, but I thought I'd at least get more than one use out of it. I am now dehydrating some bananas and apple slices. The machine is making a g*d awful noise. I don't know if this is normal or not. I will update the review as I continue to use it. Update: The apple and banana slices created more smoke and a horrible smell like a fast food joint grease trap. It permeated my house. That was Saturday, today is Tuesday and the whole place still reeks. I've still not been able to get the basket clean. ** I contacted GoWise customer service and they were no help at all. ** Be aware that you will need to decide right away if you want to keep this machine. If you do and if something happens past the Amazon return window, you will be out of luck because they ** do not honor their warranty**. They wanted video of the machine making the rattling noise. Really??? You need a video? That's insane. The basket they asked me for pictures of. That I sent and they responded that I should soak it (which I told them I had) and that it was not a warranty issue. I was also told that what I described as the smokey permeating odor they called an "odd smell" and that an "odd smell" is also not a warranty issue. At this point, I am 99% sure this is going back to Amazon. Reduced to one star.

This item arrived earlier than we had expected. My husband and I are trying out a few different things to give a good review. We have made fries from fresh potatoes, frozen tater tots, toasted buns and slices of bread, grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, and rotisseried a 4.49lb whole chicken. What we have found is each item takes longer to cook than the preset times. So you'll need to add half the time in addition to the preset times. E.g. preset for 40 minutes will need an additional 20 minutes. Also, the front controls gets very warm to the touch, but not enough to burn you, and yes the rest of the outside will get hot enough to burn you, so this is not a device for a child to use. Now, with that said, we are enjoying the air fryer and the chicken was crispy and the meat was soft. Also, the cookbook has nice photos and some good keto recipes that I look forward to trying. Finally, about cleaning the unit, it is soo very easy to clean. I was worried after cooking the chicken since it was pretty fatty (to my surprise) but the drip pan caught it all and there was minimal mess. I would recommend this for someone who wants the rotisserie (which we did) and an extra rack, but if you don't want that function you should look for one smaller since it will almost reach the kitchen cabinets, but I will say it doesn't take up as much room on the counter top, since it is not as wide. Look at the size chart to help you decide, that is what we did. I hope this help. ——— Edit We enjoyed it while it lasted, but after only 1 month of use, there was a “pop” and it wouldn’t work anymore! Had to return it & got a refund (GoWise USA is made in China; not the USA).

I bought the GoWise 14.7 cu ft air fryer in October 2023. I wanted the larger 14.7 cu ft interior and the bonus of all the included accessories included, and including rotisserie function. It has worked flawlessly over this past year of use. The stainless interior is easy to clean. Double glass flip down door seals tight. An Interior light so you can view the cooking. The light touch digital controls work without issue and allow customizing time and temperature. I use it at least a few times per week, baking, roasting, French fries, bake potatoes, reheat leftovers, dehydrating beef jerky, etc. I saw no comparison to other air fryers at this price point, and with the sturdy construction, large capacity, digital controls, rotisserie function and all the included accessories, no others came close. It will be a bargain I’m sure on Prime Days or Black Friday.

This was our second go wise airfryer purchase. It’s supposed to be larger than the first but I don’t notice significant difference. The upper and lower heating elements are a nice touch as is the grill plate. I’m hoping that it lasts longer than the first one which was less than three years. Looking at some of the other reviews it seems that that is about the lifespan. We used the last model 2 to 4 times a week and loved it. One evening it was making fries, finished that cycle, then just died. It appeared to be getting no power. Once it was discovered it was not user error. We took it apart. An internal fuse appeared to have gone bad, and there appeared to be no way to fix it. If this one has a life span less than three years then I’ll have to reconsider purchasing this brand again. It’s an investment to replace every three years or less. Otherwise it’s a fantastic product and makes life with a medium to large family much simpler. If it does have a short lifespan, then I’ll return it edit the review appropriately.

I have had this for -3 weeks and have tried so many things in it , steak, chicken, kebabs, drying herbs, - it does a lot more than my basket type AF and has been a lifesaver since our oven died and we waited for replacement. It has a small footprint, is very quiet and the exterior doesn't get superheated. Honestly it took me a few uses before I was convinced it was actually cooking - but it was! As a replacement for a toaster oven that incinerated absolutely everything from day one, I am so glad I got this little oven. The functions take a little getting used to (the pause and go button got me initially) But overall it's pretty straightforward operation. You may have to tweak the automatic settings for your prefs (4 min toast may work for white bread but not sourdough or bagels, 8 hours dehydration is more than you need for leafy herbs) Mine came with only 2 thumbscrews for the attachments, which are very tiny. GoWise responded very quickly when I asked about extras (it's supposed to come with 4) I had been unaware of this brand before this purchase. Now I have recommended this to 2 friends.

Was happy with this purchase when we got in in 11/20/2025, but it just stopped. Was baking open to see if it was ready to bake, when I closed the door it went off. Reset it would peep and go off. Unplugged for 48 hours, check door and the same happened. I am disappointed !!! It was easy to clean and worked great until now! This started on 09/08/2026 only 10 mos. of use. Planed to get many years out product. 🥺

Bought Nov. 16, 2021. 2 months after warranty product does not work well. Set to fry at 400, after 10 minutes unit shuts down. Not usable for what we bought it for.

El producto es de excelente calidad, todos los acabados y los aditamentos son excelentes, los recetarios son fáciles de seguir y el producto en si es muy versátil. Te ofrece muy buenos resultados, te permite ampliar el menú de su cocina diaria, ya que funciona como horno, tostador, rostizador, deshidratador, 0ero tienes que seguir las instrucciones del fabricante para optener los resultados que deseas, ya que vimos comentarios de que no eran fáciles o prácticos los aditamentos y realmente lo son, simplemente hay qeu seguir los pasos como el amarre del pollo, el peso, la colocación entre otras observaciones Le pongo 10/10 definitivamente, estamos encantados con Go Wise

Fueron 5 buenos meses funcionaba excelente, yo lo usaba cuando mucho una vez por semana, la comida excelente La ultima vez que lo encendí fue el día de hoy, se calentó muchísimo y se apago, no alcance a meter la comida, se quedo en el precalentado pero si note que se calentó mucho, busque garantía con la marca, si tiene pero el costo de envió desde MTY es superior al valor del producto, antes de comprar leí muy malos comentarios y me arriesgue, creo que no vale la pena esta marca incluso hay paginas en facebook donde lo dicen pero no hice caso, es mejor comprar una marca de mas calidad o con cobertura en MX, NO TIRE SU DINERO, Amazon debería retirar este tipo productos patito

Buen producto, diseño elegante, fácil de utilizar. En mi opinión exploraré mas la función manual, y que con las preestablecidas no qiedan los alimentos en el punto que me gustan. Grata sorpresa tantos accesorios que incluye
