I had an accident and hurt my back. I found a small little jar of mineral ice in my cabinet. And oh my god it is so wonderful. I put it on before I go to sleep at night. It feels so good on my lower back. Can’t live without it right now. I bought a bigger jar & told all my patients who have arthritis about it. This stuff is the best.

I absolutely love this stuff! Went through my first jar so quick I just ordered more. It helps cool the heat from swelling and the icy cold effect distracts me from the initial pain. Feels like a longer lasting ice pack! Drys pretty quick and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind either. Smells great and doesn’t stain or ruin clothes and blankets. Definitely worth trying

This really works well for the muscle pain. Lasts a long time. A little dab is all that is necessary.
