I was about to replace my 2 Peeps that I have used every day for several years because they just weren't cleaning as well as they used to, when I saw the replacement pads on Amazon. Why not? And now my old Peeps clean like new again! Thanks to the Peeps folks for making them available.

Writing this to help others avoid the frustrating experience that I had with Peeps: I purchased the Peeps cleaner just a few months ago and was initially blown away by how well it worked. I was raving to everyone I met. I used them about once per day and loved how they made my glasses crystal clear. However, after 2 weeks of use, I started noticing a decline. It wasn't cleaning my lenses as much as just smearing the grease around. I blamed it on my family who kept "borrowing" them to clean their very greasy lenses. About a month of usage I went ahead and purchase these replacement pads, and had the same great initial experience. I kept my Peeps in a special location so only I used them. Again, a few weeks into usage I noticed the same decline. I was really frustrated because they claim to last much longer. I was about to come on here and blast Peeps with an awful review for false advertising. Then I had an idea. Rather than just using the Peeps alone, I first use a microfiber lens cloth to give both sides of the lens a good rub down first. This removes any big things, but still leaves that thin greasy smear that's hard to get rid of. Then I use my Peeps, and voila! The smear is gone! Crystal clear again. So, for those just starting out, I'd recommend carrying a microfiber cloth with your Peeps and doing that first. Note, I did not use any lens spray at all. It works fine without. This method so far has worked really well for me using the same replacement pads that will just smear grease around if I don't microfiber cloth wipe it first, so I'm hoping if I keep up with this method these pads will last their advertised duration. Hope that's helpful to everyone else!

Great solution to ordering g a whole new Peeps

Peepsを使い始めて4年ほど経ちますが、交換パッドの存在は知りませんでした。結局、劣化するのはパッド部分なので、交換パッドがあれば馴染んだ本体を長く使えて助かります。もっと早い時期に知りたかったです。またリピートする予定です。
