This Vitamin B12 is a pleasure to take. I hate pills and liquids feels more natural and doesn't mess with my stomach. The flavor or taste is perfect and doesn't have any smell that make you feel you don't want to take it I'm a stay at home mom and I really need energy. I have a toddler and o 11 months baby. I don't know what happen but the first time I take it I felt so how calm like my stress went down but my energy and thinking were activated. And I could take a nap and sleep deep at night. So , help me to rest.! I love taking Vitamin B12 but NOT all brands are good. I have tried a lot and this one is so far the best one. No big pills just a nice little "juice" and you got it!

I think this is the best B12 on the market. B12 is essential for energy, brain health, mood supporting, cardiovascular support, nerve health and bone health. I trust Dr. Group and Global Healing so this is the only B12 I will take. This is a clean product that has a great taste great. This is a sublingual supplement which I think is more absorbable. I do This is an important nutrient for both vegans and meat eaters. I take a1/4 -1/2 dropper full on an empty stomach. I do take it every day. The one item I do not like to be without.

This supplement tastes great and is so easy to add to your routine. Great quality ingredients. I will definitely be ordering again!

I really liked this product, it feels high quality and effective when using it. The only detail is that the picture was a bit confusing, since I thought it included the large bottle but I only received the small one. Still, I find it a good supplement, easy to use and with a nice taste, although I believe the quantity should be larger to last longer.

Excellent taste

I have only taken this for a few days so can't judge completely, but so far taken first thing in the morning I feel more engaged and not so sluggish . I'm 92 so this is a big deal for me. Another thing is that I had to call customer service about a problem I had , my own fault, but they took care of it right away. I stay with a company that cares about their customers, it's a sign that their products are what they say they are.
