Fantastic product.
We ordered the dual headphones and love them so much we have to replace the batteries. This is the second battery we have ordered. It is easy to replace and can use the headphones after giving it a short time to charge up. The battery is very affordable and works like a charm. I have had to reach out to their customer service. They are very helpful and eager to help you get right.

Batteries were a gift for a friend. Her headset battery were only holding a charge for a shorter time. The headset was about three years old.

They don't work
I had to return the first one since it wouldn't charge and never work and just got the replacement. That one doesn't work either. It's as if I they aren't even real batteries. Frustrating when you pay so much for the device and you can't even get a new battery. The "real" batteries do expand overtime which is why we needed a replacement.

Lástima de no haberlos conocido antes. Son supercómodos y tienen una audición muy clara. Me gustan mucho y ocupan muy poco espacio. Son ligeros y agradables de usar.
