Extremely Satisfied with the product. Have been using it for close to 2 months. I use it to keep a watch on kids. It serves the purpose. I have installed the App on Android phone and iPad. It works fine on both. It is not working on PC (Windows 10) Pros The recording quality is good. Easy to install and use. The viewing area/angle is good. You can scroll on App. Night vision is also good. Cons You have to buy a memory card if you are not opting for cloud storage. Automatically many times, it lags by a few minutes. you have to again reopen App, so it is LIVE Take at least 3-5 minutes if you switch it OFF and switch ON or change location.

Reviewing after some days use, Bought this for 2380/- Camera is gud for this price range. Smart tracking is a plus point. But it track each small flies going here n there. Its sensor havimg higher efficiency.. And it effecting negetively. When auto mode, if we will switch off the electric light in a well ventillated room, camera will turn on night mode, its a negative mark.. That means in day time itself we get black n white video.manually we have to change it to day, if we want colorfull video. Its memmory card slot is outer side of tye camera and anyone from outside can easily remove this.. So not secure. First camera installation and configuration is taking little time longer compared to my tapo camera setup, and first i used mipc app for this camera and its not worked well, so d3d told me to use vimtag app. Now this app is working gud. Anyway d3d have 2 year warranty and a well supportive technical help team.. Thats very much appreciatable.. Videos have gud clarity also. Night vision visuals also have gud clarity

Camera is good and works well..Best camera in this price. After a weeks usage I am happy with it. Please donot buy 128 gb sd card for this. 64 gb is more than enough as it will store 20 days of data and will over ride then. I bought samsung evoo 64 gb sd card it's good and write is 100 mbps. Donot block your money buying 128gb. Its 360 degree rotating and night vision is very good and day light picture is also good. I recommend to buy it. Customer support is also very helpful. Hence you can go ahead and make a purchase.

I had purchased the D3D 826 Cam in Nov 2020. For last one and half years it was working fine. About six month its power connector started to give problem but with some juggling I was able to bring it up and use. Since one month it stopped connecting to MIPC app and I was not able to access the device. I called D3D support and they asked me switch on the device, with IR LED on, record 2 minutes video and whatsapp to them. I did so and they informed me that there is some problem in the device and asked me to courier it to their office in Delhi so that they can repair or replace it. I packaged it carefully and couriered it in good condition from Bangalore to Delhi spending Rs. 410 for courier. After receiving the device they informed me that its power connector is broken and it is chargeable. I told them that power connector is not of good quality and was giving problem but never broken. I had whatsapp the video of working device before sending. How much ever convincing didn't yielded any result. Then they told me that if I pay Rs. 500 they will replace it with newer model D3D 926C. As I had no other option I paid Rs. 500. They couriered back repaired D3D 826 and not the new model. In very unfair and unprofessional the way they handled the whole affair. First of all, they don't have service center in any city, even in any of the metros. If device is down you have to courier it to New Delhi and be at their mercy as you have accept whatever they say after receiving the device at their end. So if you are far away from New Delhi think twice about 2 years warranty. Go for brand that have service centers at least in some cities.

This model d826 is a very nice indoor wifi camera. What I like about this model is it's motion detection and smart human tracker. A little downside about this product , probably is the mipc app. The apps interface could have been better. I would get notification of the alerts such as motion sensor, smart sound, human tracking, in my smartphone, but I can't go to that event directly from my notification. I can't see any option for that. Also auto mode of the app takes time to shift from night to day mode. Sometimes the inbuilt siren don't work. I think , with the proper app upgrade, it can be corrected. Overall it's a good indoor wifi cam , with all the essential features. Worth the price.Also need to mention is their customer support, which needs a special applause for their timely support.

Updates after several days — 1. Reduce sensitivity to 50 and it works better 2. Tracking feature is not required under most cases such as at main entrance where fixated focus is better. 3. Going by lower cost option from D3D is better option. 4. Increasing one star/ point for superior customer support. Updates after usage for two more days — 1. App has scope of improvements (pretty buggy and since that’s vital to ecosystem, team should take it seriously) 2. AI features need improvement (too many false notifications). Tuning a must 3. Storage is little creepy - deleted videos and recordings starting appearing at random (not sure whether it’s app or device issue) After thorough research on IP Cams, and filtering based on user reviews, I settled with this D3D, and this Cam in particular due to Alexa support and two way talking facility. Optional Cloud support, can be appealing to a few too. Motion detection and intruder alarm work fine on initial usage of two days. Good job team D3D!

The camera quality is good, it works without internet , For local it record in memory card for 1 hour after that we have to again configure it with local wifi. If it is connected to internet then we can access live video fron any where in the world, Configuration with app is little bit lengthy but technical support is very good, they have solved my each and every query. Video is not good, auto rotation is too poor

I bought a D3D PTZ cloud IP camera. I am able to install without any difficulty. All features are working as per the installation guide. The video quality is very good. It auto detects the motion and follows the person and also give an alert. Night vision is very clear even in total darkness. Face and sound detection is also available. We can have a video chat through the camera. We can either store the videos in SD card or cloud. May work with Alex, but I haven't tried. Best camera to buy.
