⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Egg Cooker I absolutely love this DASH Egg Cooker! It makes cooking eggs incredibly simple and takes all the guesswork out of the process. Whether I want hard-boiled, soft-boiled, poached eggs, or an omelet, everything comes out perfectly every time. The automatic shut-off feature is very convenient, and I no longer have to watch the stove or worry about overcooking. It’s compact, easy to clean, and doesn’t take up much counter space. The eggs peel much easier than when I boil them in a pot, which is a huge bonus. If you eat eggs regularly, this is definitely worth the purchase. This egg cooker works FAST. The included water measure guide is right on for the hard boiling of eggs. It steams the eggs so the top of it gets very hot, as the bottom of the device is where the heat is generated. I've cooked as few as one egg or up to four. This little cooker delivers just right hard boiled eggs and the shells are a breeze to remove. I ordered a separate egg punch b/c I didn't like the one which came with this cooker. Poking a tiny hole in the fat bottom of the egg is a critical step for success. When not in use, this egg cooker takes up little storage space. This is great for someone who has not mastered the secrets of hard boiled eggs.

SEVEN AT A TIME - SO EGG SALAD ANOTHR DAY. WHEN THE EGGS ARE READY YOU WILL HEAR A CHIME. NOT ONLY ARE THE EGGS SOFT THE WAY WE LIKE THEM - BUT AMAZINGLY EASIER TO PEEL. YOU COULD HAVE HARDER EGGS JUST NEED TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS. LOTS OF COLOURS TO PICK FROM. GREAT BUY

Bought this about two years ago because the egg-timer I had that actually sits in the boiling water with the eggs wasn't working as consistently as I had hoped. I saw this Dash Rapid egg Cooker and decided to give it a try. Love it! Mostly the eggs are cooked to satisfactory doneness, although occasionally a smidge under (but not grossly) or a tad over, but definitely cooked and edible. I found that using the 4+ level on the measuring cup for 6 eggs and filling it to just above that mark is enough water to cook the eggs to the required doneness. I've used the omelet feature a couple of times and it's okay, but mainly I use the DASH Rapid Egg Cooker for making hard-boiled eggs. My husband loves hard-boiled eggs so this was a great way to make sure he had his weekly quota. I would recommend this product! I've read other reviews where the purchaser said there's no way to store the trays and other paraphernalia, which is not exactly true. The trays (there are three; one for boiled eggs, one for scrambled, and a split tray for maybe omelets) fit conveniently inside the unit, with the stem and measuring/poking cup nestled in the split tray. I've not had any issues with them not fitting. And there is just one way to use the stem (I rarely use it, though) and it fits just one way, too. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out (and I am not a rocket scientist!). If I can figure it out, anyone else can, too. :-D Also, the poker under the measuring cup does well enough, although I will say it requires a bit of steady pressure to poke a hole in the top of the egg. This is necessary to allow the air inside to escape; otherwise your egg will explode! A trick I did to enhance peeling is to (very) gently rap the top of the egg with the back of a spoon to release the membrane inside. When you hear a snap, you've succeeded. It sounds like the egg cracked but it's only the membrane inside that's making the noise. After boiling, the egg shell should peel easily off. The DASH Rapid Egg Cooker does smell a bit at the end of cooking, but it helps if – after every use - you gently clean the heating surface (after it cools) with a wet paper towel, drying it thoroughly before putting it away. However, it will still develop a color, so its one flaw is that it does not clean up easily. Also, the tray with the six 'seats' for the eggs also gets somewhat dirty over time, so a good rinse is all you need to do after each use. The DASH Rapid Egg Cooker does not have an auto-shutoff feature, but it will let you know when it's done by playing a sweet little tune. It is loud and for good reason; you want to be able to hear it. You do not want this unit to continue cooking, so I appreciate the tone level a lot. That said, the company could probably improve this product by installing a shut-off. The only downside is if you rely on that rather than the end of cycle tune, your eggs might be more done than you want. For those of you who are sensitive to loud sounds, I would give consideration to other ways of boiling eggs. The drop-in silicone egg timer (the one that boils with the eggs) is a good solution, as long as you keep an eye on the color changes. I just had a tough time doing that so that's why I chose DASH Rapid Egg Cooker for boiling my eggs. Overall, I really like my Dash Rapid egg Cooker. It has simplified a task that for years had plagued me with overdone or underdone boiled eggs. Now I can with confidence supply my husband with his favorite breakfast treat! Four stars for satisfaction, one minus star for the unit not having a shut-off feature.

Great egg cooker! I've had one for a long time and like it so much, that I bought it for my grandson who loves eggs. He's loves it too. it's easy to use, is dependable and has never given me an ounce of problem. I find that peeling the eggs after cooking in this, is SO easy compared to boiling the eggs on the stove. I don't ever want to boil hard-boiled eggs any other way.

I absolutely love this egg cooker! I used to put eggs on the stove and for some reason I would accidentally forget about them each time until I hear them popping and cracking because all the water had boiled away. This has completely solved that problem. It’s quick, easy, and makes perfect eggs every single time. The little ready chime always makes me laugh because it sounds like a lullaby! It’s one of those kitchen gadgets I didn’t know I needed, and now I use it all the time. Highly recommend!

I love hard boiled eggs. They’re great in salads, they make awesome sandwiches, and who doesn’t like deviled eggs? The only problem I had was peeling them. But not anymore because of this thing! I swear, it’s like magic, you guys. I’ve been talking about it with my coworkers for a few days and I’m pretty sure they all think I’m nuts, but I f***ing love this little device. Perfect eggs. Every. Single. Time. No-hassle peeling, cooked to perfection. No more egg whites sticking to the shell and taking chunks out of my high-protein snack. And making hard boiled eggs in this thing doesn’t take forever, either. Got 20 minutes? You can make hard boiled eggs. When the timer goes off (the alarm is a cute jingle, by the way) just take the eggs out, put ‘em in a bowl, and throw ‘em in the fridge to cool down. Once they’re cool, take a minute to peel them and you’re done! This is seriously a great buy. Definitely made it easier to add some protein to my diet since I can whip out some hard boiled eggs super fast. I love it!

Es fácil de usar y te ahora mucho tiempo y gas solo lo he usado para huevos duros y cumplió con mis expectativas , busqué algo que me hiciera ahorra tiempo y este vale mucho la pena . Le puse toda la medida de agua y fueron aproximadamente 10 minutos en que estuvieron listos .lo compré en rojo para que combinara con mi cocina y me encantó

Does not have "Auto Shutoff" feature. Just beeps like the rest of them. I was hoping it would turn itself off once eggs were cooked. NOPE just beeps and keeps cooking.
