The tools for this kit worked well and though the instructions are pretty minimal (with small pictures) they would work. I followed along a video walkthrough online as well. Phone is charging now, but 5 stars for the kit. Hopefully this battery charges well and lasts longer than my original!

I'm very pleased with this product. It was delivered quickly. The packaging was professional and air-tight sealed. The contents included clear instructions and all necessary tools to facilitate an easy install that just about anyone could do. I would utilize this vendor again. It was a high-quality, economically rational solution for retaining my iPhone SE.

This kit did the trick and helped replace my phone battery. Some of the plastic tools were a little too wimpy to pry the battery put, and I had to resort to other means. That being said, the tape under my battery did not work as it was supposed to, so it was not the fault of the tools. Battery replacement was successful and the new one is working well. Good kit, be sure to follow the directions carefully.

The capacity above original (2200 mah verses 1800 mah) is nice. The replacement procedure (since it an iPhone SE) is not bad (no glue or torn gaskets associated with more modern phone models and associated vigilant waterproofing). However, the procedure is not for the inexperienced or squeamish, since the screws and connectors are very small (screws the size of a grain of sand). So, you need to do this when sober and over a containment (like a baking pan with outer rim and using a magnifying glass). But with the exception of the suction cup which is "challenged" when used against the adhesion force of the front screen during removal, the provided tool kit is good. You might want to spend the extra money on the dual suction cup pliers (sold separately), especially if you anticipate doing this again in the future on another phone.

Recently purchased this product on line, the tools suck as they are cheaply made- the adhesive that I had to work with was stuck to the back of the plastic tray that the tools came in, directions are hard to read/photos are even worse - it took us 40 mins just to get the battery out with the tools provided and to get the adhesive to work. So far the battery is working but the hassle of using your crappy tools not worth the $$ Over all, product got to me quickly and so far battery is working but if you put just a little more $ into your tools and be sure your adhesive is not screwed up - not a bad product ( much cheaper than a new phone) maybe try thin double sided tape vs the big strips of adhesive.

Excellent battery. iPhone se is brand new once again. Easy installation with all the tools needed. 100 percent battery health. No need to calibrate too.

First off, the battery works fine. It charges no problem and the battery health capacity is now at 100%. However the tools that came with it are really poor quality and they almost didn't work. The spudger tool tip broke because it was sub par. The screw drivers and suction cup worked just fine.

East to install as long at the old ones release tape works. These do run a bit hot. You can feel it through the body of the phone. I’ve had it on several aircraft without issue. Other than that as expected they last longer. Had mine for a while now and like every battery ever made they steadily degrade.
