SOLE Active Medium Insoles - Custom Moldable Orthotic Support for Any Arch Type, Plantar Fasciitis Relief - Multiple Sizes

As a flat footed sufferer of plantar fasciitis, these are the best insoles I've found. When I buy new shoes, I go less than a week before I replace the insoles with a new pair of these. They conform to your feet & give support. You can follow the directions to warm them up to shape them to your feet, but I personally prefer to put them in out of the package & wear them for 8 hours straight to shape them. My feet will hurt the first day, but I think they conform better after that. Not cheap, but worth the investment.

I absolutely love these inserts I am 76 years old and play a lot of tennis. Tennis shoes offer very little cushioning. I throw away the inserts that come with the shoes and put in the Meta Solos. They have great cushioning in the heel and the ball(meta section) of the foot as well as a good arch support. By far the best insert I have ever used. Highly recommend Solo, especially the Meta! My grandson, 16, uses it in his soccer shoes.

I have worn orthotics for years, after years in hockey skates my feet hurt in every pair of shoes I’ve tried. This is my second time purchasing these insoles and they are FAR SUPERIOR to even custom orthotics. They fit my running shoes, gym shoes, golf shoes, etc with no trimming. Almost immediately my foot and ankle pain went away. My old pair wore out after about 12 months of heavy use, and I had forgotten how amazing these really are. Worth the premium price! Also worth noting I did not need to mold them even though I have super flat feed. The med bump feels like a foot massage to the point im getting some indoor shoes so i can wear them all day. If you’re concerned about the price, I have found them to be worth it in terms of comfort, stability, and longevity.

these are the hard stiff orthotic high arch supports not the impact soles or super soft for casual wear. these are darn near medical grade stiff i used to wear redwing or Aetrex insoles and wanted to give these a shot. they remind me of the moldeable ones you get from there so that's good. the met pad is in the correct spot that's a plus you can heat these up to break em in or mold to your feet or wear them heavily for a weeek maybe 2. im a 10.5-11 in jordan's adidas and nike but for skate shoes these days im 11-11.5 and bought an 11 size insole. no cutting required on 95% of the shoes the ones that were a bit short i just won't wear these with them. my only issue is with low tops, i have to tie my shoes tighter so my heel won't slip, these are thick and raise you out the shoe a bit, great for lower-mid tips, mid tops and high tops.

I bought these and added an extra metatarsal lift pad to them and they work just as good as my custom orthotics and have been using them daily for over a year now. I switch back and forth with my custom orthotics (multiple shoes) and have no issue. Massive value for the money. Easy to use. I have a second metatarsal head that dislocates downwards and feet that pronate. The arch support with extra metatarsal lift that I add works perfect for me.

Customer service is non-existent. Have called twice now three weeks apart and have emailed the company to get help with their product that is not fitting well despite using the heating/molding process they suggest three times. There has been no communication whatsover. Stay far away from this company and purchase something similar from another company!! A very disheartened customer who wanted to make this work without returning it to Amazon.

I used these insoles in my athletic shoes, went for a three mile walk at a good pace, and experienced cramping in the heel area just behind the arch. I feel these insoles don't provide enough cushioning. I have narrow feet, high arches, and suppronation. The insoles are sturdy but I prefer something softer.

I have been struggling with metatarsalgia for a while now. I've tried many different insoles, even others that were marketed for metatarsalgia but these are the first ones to help eliminate the pain. They have the "button" in the right spot to properly support my foot bones. Great product. worth the price. Fits in any shoe

These are amazing! My plantar fasciitis got stirred up last week from standing and walking on concrete floors in worn-out shoes (so stupid--what was I thinking?) and every step had become excruciatingly painful. I switched out my insoles the minute these appeared on my porch and my feet INSTANTLY felt better. Walking has been much more comfortable with these in my shoes over the last five hours, and I am looking forward to a quick recovery! Thank you!

These insoles are designed for support, not cushion - if that's what you're going for, I recommend these quality insoles. I really like the support they provide, though do wish there was more cushion in the metatarsal and toe region. I also wish the met pad was a little larger but it's decent. I barely feel it at all in my hiking boots, but do feel it more in my running shoes. I have a size 8.5 women's shoes and these fit well.

Great fit and work pretty well

I wear Sole insoles in all of my shoes that accept them - primarily Keen hikers and Blundstones. I purchased my first pair on the advice of my Chiropodist. At that time he fashioned putty on the underside to create a metatarsal support. It’s nice to find it available off the shelf! The price has gone up substantially over what I paid originally, and I’m sure the material costs are minimal. That said, they seem to last me forever. Might have something to do with the super-wash wool socks I like to wear in my walking shoes and boots. My arthritis is progressing at an alarming rate and I credit Keen hikers using Sole insoles as the combination that allows me to keep moving. That and some injections in my knees.
