I bought this tea to help relieve IC pain. Its caffeine free and has anti inflammatory affects and ir contains antioxidants. Taste great and it affordable. Try it. It may help with IC issues. It seems to help with the burning from IC.

Great teas

My package arrived very promptly, and was well protected in an additional box. I typically like lemon flavouring with my chamomile as otherwise there is sometimes a grassy taste, but this organic chamomile has a very pleasant mellow flavour without any lemon flavouring needed that I quite enjoy. I had been purchasing an outrageously expensive tea from Numi, and was very surprised at how reasonably priced Taylors of Harrogate Chamomile Tea is. Lovely tea, from now on this will be my go to nightly cup!

I have tried many Green tea and Lemon tea bags. Supermarket own are always weak in taste. Then you get the more expensive ones. My budget cannot possibly afford. But I came across this and 100 tea bags for a super price. What’s more it has a lovely taste. You can really tell the difference. Strong flavour. My only gripe is that they don’t fit my 9 space tea caddy. I drink a lot of herbal teas but this I drink first in the morning and last thing at night. Will be these again.
