As always, a phenomenal resource from Alex Hermozi. I am not even interested in running a gym, but after reading and listening to his other materials, I had to read this book as well. It is jam-packed with all kinds of practical insights that can apply to any business, not just gyms. I would highly recommend!

I love this book! In the fitness industry, small businesses must begin to adopt a new mindset instead of competing in a race to the bottom. This book serves as a comprehensive step-by-step guide to help make your fitness business profitable. I bought this book along with $100M Leads and $100M Offers. I recommend reading all three over the weekend and creating a plan to transform your passion-driven business into a profitable venture.

I don't run a gym.But Gym Launch breaks exactly what matters in any service based business. -> Making people happy & keeping them coming back for more.There's high level stuff and in the weeds tactics. I think it's a less-read gem for local business dev.

Love Alex Hormozi. He always overdelivers on content that is worthwhile.

Firstly, the books crispy lol. Mostly, it’s packed full of so much useful and actionable information that every gym owner and trainer and anyone trying to monetize fitness and help others could benefit from learning and IMPLEMENTING. If you do nothing, nothing changes.

I got this book because I’ve read his two newest and I wanted to see how much has changed since he wrote his first book. Not only did this clarify a lot of things but it is kind of lute starting point for a lot of the ideas he’s shared/value provided. It’s really cool to see how his thoughts have changed over time. If the free videos, podcasts, and audiobooks aren’t clicking. Read this and it might.
