Ladies.... listen. This is one of those items that as I was ordering, my brain was thinking uh huh sure, what's it going to really do for $7 but I figured it was a cheap enough and could be returned so what did I have to lose? I had gastric bypass surgery in August 2025 and my tatas oh dear.... I describe them now as "Some women say they have pancake boobs, but yeah, I have pancake batter." Now, no one sees it but me since I'm not in any relationship at the time, and I mostly wear sports bras so whatever. But listen, this inexpensive experiment here? It's worth so much more than the price you pay. As others have said these are designed to go INSIDE bras that have that little opening where the liner/thin pad is inserted. I suppose you could wear them against your skin if you had them between your skin and something really structured and tight around the breasts. But when I tell you the difference they made in my self confidence, immediately? Wow. Like, boobs aren't so important to me. I'm 59 and not caring if I turn anyone's head when I'm out and about. But the confidence it gave me was surprising and very welcome. They are very, very comfortable. The only thing I will say is they DO add a bit of weight to your bra, understandably. For me, as a person previously with extra large breasts (had a reduction) it's actually kind of funny that now I'm wanting that shape and the weight of them doesn't bother me. I will say however, as a person who suffers from pain in the upper trapezius area/lat muscles due to extensive neck surgery, this adds enough weight that I don't plan to wear it for long periods of time at least at first. I mean that weight pulling on my back is why I had the reduction so long ago, so yeah, I'm not looking to replicate that era. Being silicone, I know these will wash up easily. The only concern I have is how the actual bra will hold up with repeated insertions/removals. I think if you washed the bra by hand very gently, maybe you could just keep the cutlets inserted, but IDK how that would affect dry time for your bra. It goes without saying to not put the cutlets in the dryer!! So all that to say ladies, if you are looking for a lift that looks natural, this is a BIG winner for a little price.

Hear me out. At first I would have given this item a solid 2 stars. Why? Well, they are super soft and comfortable. The bad was that in the pictures it shows you place them basically between bras and skin and that was a hot mess. They would feel like they will want to fall, the sweat is created and they moved around. Now, it dawn on me 2 years after looking for tips on YouTube for other ways to help your chest EVERYONE that have an item like these put them inside their bras, as a bra insert. It then clicked inside my brain these are meant to be worn as a bra insert and not just hanging around inside your bra between fabric and skin. I try it on bras that didn’t have padding and that have an insert opening and WOW! what a difference! They stay in place and feel comfortable when wearing! Looks amazing! So my suggestion for seller would be: they should be advised as a bra insert. Pictures on the listing can be confusing because it can look like you only put h to dm between bra and skin. Hope this helps anyone out there.

I bought two packs of these as I need one for one side in my bra after breast cancer. I was so excited as they look like the ones I have had for 25 years. They are terrible! After using them twice they are literally falling apart. They ripped (I am very gentle on them and only put it in my bra). They also have hunks out of the edges. (Again I was very gentle with them). So disappointed!

I purchased these bra inserts to add a bit more to my cup size, which is 32B, and to achieve a more natural, busty look. I especially like to wear these types of silicone inserts when I wear bikini tops, since I find the padding in bikini tops isn't quite as good as the ones I find in bras. I've had other silicone gel inserts throughout the years, I wouldn't say that this one is the worst, though definitely not the best. They're heavier than others I've had, weigh about a quarter of a pound each, and are a bit more firm and not very flexible/form fitting to my chest -- so they seem to want to fall out of the bottom of my bra and poke out from the top/sides. I can also see the outline of them through my shirt, since they don't form with my breasts, so it's very obvious that there's inserts there -- not very natural looking, make my boobs look saggy due to their weight, and don't help my cleavage a bit. Unlike others, I'd likely have to buy a much bigger bra size to be able to support the size & weight of these inserts the way I'd like them to, so I plan on finding a different pair that's more suitable. On a side note, I also understand that the description states that these can be cut to fit -- that might help myself, and others, with the issues I pointed out. Right out of the box, the silicone gel is being protected by a soft coating and cutting them would directly expose my skin to the silicone gel that's inside of the inserts. I'm not confident this is a healthy thing to do due to FDA warnings in regards to the health risks associated with exposure to silicone gel in implants. So, not sure that I'd suggest doing this -- I will say that I definitely don't plan on doing this myself, since I recall seeing warnings on other silicone gel inserts of this exact type (which I didn't see anywhere on this packaging) to specifically NOT do this and to discard the insert if it breaks open, exposing the gel -- so, definitely do so at your own discretion.

First of all, I think all these clear silicone cutlets on here are the exact same as I ordered 2 from different companies and they are identical to each other. My tip is to go for the cheapest ones you can find since I have a feeling they are all the same. Anyway, in a bikini you may want to be careful especially based on the type of top you are wearing (I normally wear the classic triangle). You can kind of see part of the cutlet at the bottom or the type of the bikini top since the cutlet is a bit too large for the top. I made it work by making my top tied a bit tighter than I normally would keep it, but I probably wouldn't wear this with a bikini (I would die if people realize I wore cutlets in a swimsuit lol). I included a picture of me in a bikini. I had to be very strategic in how I placed them in. I should have pulled the top up higher and tighter because you could see where the bottom of my boobs end lol. That said, it looks really good in a normal bra and is a good alternative to those silicone sticky strapless bras (some people love them, I don't), and will last you much longer. I'm a 36B and when wearing this I look like a full C or small D. I also tried to see how different I would look if I put 2 sets in. It looked like I stuffed that way because the weight was too much for the top lol. I go back and forth with getting implants (I'm more towards no), but this definitely helps me to feel sexier and more in proportion (I'm one of those freakier chubby girls who defied the odds and wasn't the most well endowed...).

So I was not blessed with large tatas and bought these to fill in my wedding dress, they fit perfectly inside of my bra and I didn’t even notice they were there! Very easy to use, put on your bra of choice and lift one side at a time and place right where you need it and it stays put! I will continue to use these through the coming holiday’s.

Seem quality made. I have a larger bust (dd/e) and wear a wireless bra. Even though my cup size is large, the girls have most of their volume at the bottom and sides, so I dont get much cleavage. I was looking for an insert that would lift and guide them to center. These didnt do that....maybe they would work with a different bust or bra. They were comfortable and seemed well made. I tried A TON of these, and the only ones I kept were the Double scoop Divine triangle for Plus. They have great lift and you can adjust them so that you can get lift, cleavage or both (play around with positioning a bit). You can also fit them in the bra pocket on wireless bras. Only downside is if you go for a tight hug, someone could probable tell you had a padded bra. My boobs look great in them though....and they were the only ones out of 6 styles that did the trick.

If you need an extra boost to your bust - these are GREAT! I've got natural "mature" breasts that have seen better days. These help pop em up. They're on the firm side, but they fit great inside a bra and look sexy. Gives me some cleavage back. At my age, I've just about lost all of the top of my chest

This bra insert saved my wedding. I was looking for a bra insert for my dress and found this. Shipping was fast. Just in time before my wedding. Soft and stays in place. This product does not have adhesives so its good to put a double adhesive just to keep it secure. Overall Good product for the price. Would recommend it.

Great and works well

I did like this product, it is comfortable product and makes a more natural shape, but sadly I had a allergic reaction or something on the product gave me a burn or whatever. It's been like two weeks and my boob won't stop itching and has a mark still.
