Works Well
It's identical to what I removed from my New 3DS XL. The only downside is that it does not come with the plastic spacer that sits between this component and the mainboard of the 3DS. However, it's easy enough to remove the spacer from the old card reader and reinstall with the new card reader.

Absolutely misleading and garbage product
Absolute piece of garbage. It does not work first of all (there goes 6 hours of my life). Moreover, the only reason I made this purchase was for the black plastic mounting piece, and that does not come with this product. Despicable.

Doesn't work with New 3ds XL
Does not work on my New 3ds XL. I tried 2 thinking the 1st one was a bad unit. The 2nd one didn't work either...

Defective does not hold micro sd card, pops right out
finally got to installing this and when I put an sd card inside it popped straight out. Waste of $. Do not buy this defective part! Awful 😢
