Often it seems the people that have trouble with items such as this filtration system are not reading the instructions prior to installation or they do not have the experience in the skills that are ancillary to the product or system. Purchased two of these. Both installed without fail or problem and both work just fine. If you are using pipe or tubing use the correct materials and assemble with the proper methods. I used copper pipe and the fittings that are threaded have Teflon tape or Teflon pipe sealant. Nothing leaks. One of the units arrived with a cracked regulator cap. One message to the seller and they sent me a new cap. They also corrected the seller contact information on the item. The support was polite, prompt and complete. I had my reasons for installing a large unit and for installing two in series. It was a complicated project and took about 30 hours to assemble. I am not a plumber or pipe fitter. I did practice soldering and did study how to build this with copper. Read the instruction. Understand the instructions. Learn how to use copper, pipe or tubing first.

I am using this to provide dry air for a Nitrogen Generator to inflate tires. While the first stage did filter out water, I was surprised that my secondary air drying filter on the nitrogen generator collected more water than this primary unit which means there is a sizeable leak permitting moisture through. Returning this one.
