The wood is poor quality and the cut it uneven so when the leaf is open, the leaf is not flush against the piece against the wall. The support beams underneath are not made exactly the same, and there's no guide as to where they should be placed under the leaf, so you have to measure out for each while holding up the leaf to make sure they're not too high or low in order to support. You also cant test the marks, because the supports are made so that they can only open AFTER the screws have been screwed in all the way. Better pray you put them in the right spot. Even with a drill, level, measuring tape and laser, i still had to drill new holes because they're impossible to place perfectly the first time. This product could have been made SOOOO much better. Frankly, you're better off making something from scratch in a wood shop. Absolutely not worth the price, the pain, or the holes in your walls.
