Constructed with strength. The material is high quality and resilient, and the chain length is ideal, aligning well with a supportive back piece. It is simple to use, and I love it.

A must-have accessory to take your workouts to the next level. I’ve used it for pull-ups and dips, and it works perfectly. It fits securely around the waist, makes it easy to add extra weight, and stays firmly in place without slipping. The build quality is excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add weighted exercises to their routine.

Feels high quality and well put together, comfortable on the lower back, and can verifiably handle my 90lb weighted dips for sure

Seems to work ok, I don’t know what this metal is flaking off it-could be thick metallic paint. Thankfully doesn’t seem too sharp-attaching pic. Everytime I move some falls off.

I love it, the quality is so good .

I've been doing weighted dips consistently for 5+ years. I bought a harbinger dip belt about 5 years ago and was using that for all that time. It had a similar design to this belt, except you couldn't remove the chain from the belt (only one side had a carabiner and the other side of the chain is permanently connected to the belt). I slowly worked my way up in weight, eventually maxing out at 200lbs weighted dips. That caused the carabiner to bend on the harbinger belt. Not only that, that carabiner was extremely sharp and cut my hands on so many occasions. Also, because I couldn't remove the chain, I couldn't put the belt in the washing machine so it smelled terrible. I bought this model but was concerned the chain would be of poor quality. Not only is that not the case, but the chain is significantly higher quality than my harbinger belt. The carabiners are MASSIVE with a perfect shape, and the chain is perfect length, making the process of putting weight on the chain seemless. I've done 200lb dips with this belt, no problem, it held the weight fine with no chain issues. My only complaint is that, if you're not super careful, the belt will pinch your skin in the upper leg area as you get up in weight (I actually started bleeding on my leg because of how severely I was pinched with 4 plates on the chain), but it can be avoided if you go slow getting situated for your lift. Best of all, the chain can be completely removed so you can wash the belt in your washing machine. I already washed it twice, in hot water, and it looks completely unchanged. Just let it air dry, no dryer. Definitely buy this belt if you are a fan of the overall chain dip belt design. You won't find a higher quality chain and carabiners at this price.

My wife bought this for me as a birthday gift. I’d looked it up before and had read good reviews, but I’d never used a belt like this that doesn’t really latch. Any dip/pull up belts I’ve used in the past have Velcro to secure it - and with enough weight the Velcro always fails. Needless to say, I was a little nervous how this would actually stay on. Fast forward a month and 10-ish back days later, I love this thing. It seems to be made really well, it’s nice and snug when weighted, it’s never fallen off, I can fit any kind of weight on it I want - I’ve used plates and kettlebells - and it looks really nice. I already liked back day, but now I look forward to it even more because I know I have a good quality piece of equipment to use

Good heavy duty belt, easily can use with multiple plays and fits well around the waist

I love Gymreapers products. They have good quality, very reasonable pricing, and a cool scull on the side. Don't expect them to handle serious weight lifting, it requires much more expensive and durable equipment, but for light load and occasional use they are just perfect. This belt has a wide padded back, chain suitable for any reasonable use cases, solid stitching and thick D rings.

Much higher quality than the belts they have at the gym. Very premium stitching and material, and the chain is very high quality. The chain is a bit shorter than typical, but it allows for the weight to balance a lot easier between the legs, allowing you to walk around with the weights rather than having to lug them around with your hands. This means you need to add the weights to the belt *before* you put the belt on, and then put the belt on after. After you get used to it, it’s hard to go back to the belts with longer chains. This is a premium belt, and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about the gym. I can see this belt lasting a lifetime.
