Harry Potter Sorcerers Stone Trivia Game

This game was bought for a birthday gift, and it is very awesome! although it has about a billion questions, none are too hard, but none too easy either! the artwork is delightful, and the board is very nice to look at whilst playing. It has many different card stacks, with spells and curses you can play in the game to change the gameplay, but the rules are nto to complicated at all! it is a very great game, and fun even for the Mild Fans.

These trivia questions are actually difficult. But that makes it more enjoyable

I'm a certified Harry Potter fan and I love everything related to the character. My friend had this board game and we had a blast playing this in college. Sadly, I lost the board game and all its beautiful pieces. I was so happy finding the game on Amazon. The spell cards, charm cards, curse cards, trivia questions were the same as I remember. The board was the same beloved 4-fold thick square of cardboard with 4 houses in the corners and the big landing area in the middle. Sadly, the pieces were different from what I remember. The old game we had came with a small sorting hat where 4 colored clear stones (red, green, blue, and yellow) and the pieces were stored. The pieces were colored silver and heavier. The new set doesn't have the hat and the stones and the moving pieces were light plastics. Other than that, I still enjoy playing it like before. I would really like to find the older set to replace the one I lost though. Also, this only had trivia questions about the first book. They should update it with all the other books.

My daughter and I discovered this in a local juice shop and decided we had to have it. So glad I got a set! It’s based off the book and since we just read it, it really amplified her reading comprehension.

Great deal for a great game! It's old and rare so it's a collector's item and was in great condition!

Our grandson is a Harry Potter fanatic ....going as far as sleeping with the books! Discovered this game on vacation with him and sent as a surprise gift. My son reported that "he is obsessed" with the game.

We bought this for my 10- and 13-year-old who had been reading all the Harry Potter books. They said the trivia was much too hard, and they didn't want to bother setting up the game. My 22-year-old stepson came over and gave it a try. He majored in English and is getting his Masters in Mythology, so he took a whole course in Harry Potter and HE couldn't answer the trivia either. Trivia is fun - but when you can't move forward even one space, it's hardly worth all the money. Save yours. Wish I had.

Suuuppper hard to play! I played with people who have read all the books numerous times. The questions are sooo detailed that we have never been able to finish the game because it takes forever for anyone to get any question right.. Questions as specific as "What were the Dursley's watching on T.V. when Harry came home from school" like.. what..?

Good game but you REALLY need to know your Harry Potter books and movies.

I was really excited when I saw this game on amazon, as I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, and can remember playing this game in Elementary school. Unfortunately, it came later than it was supposed to, especially as I paid extra for quicker shipping. Other than that, absolutely nothing wrong with it. All the game pieces were there, and didn't have a single dent on the box.
