Needles are Smooth & Straight…
Quality appears good, no complaints yet. Haven’t bent or broken any easily so far so rating it high for fit and function. Using them on a 70’s(?) Singer U120 Professional model machine.

Not Brother compatable
I'm sure they are great quality but there was no clear image of the end I guess this is why they call the ball point needle, I'm new to embroidary, I saw it said it was Brother compatable, not on Brother SE600

Swing machine needles
I bought these needles on the request of my wife as she is a Tailor. This is really value of money because you’re going to get a lot of needles They fit for the purpose of BROTHER sewing machine. The function very well and strength is also good. The needles which I bought before these needles were breakable but these are quite study enough. These needles are really fit for the purpose.
