Must Have For Begginers and Those Looking to Mix Up Workouts
Easy to read with the size, easy to use reference when planning a workout. Very durable and water and sweat proof. Lots of great information in one place, so great value for my money.

Quality and worthwhile
I am getting back to Pilates now that I have time, staying home with everyone else for Coveid19. I have a reformer unit that really helps the work out. I found I could only remember some of the moves and probably not in the right order. When I discovered this poster I felt like I had hit gold. I followed the directions and rolled the poster against itself so that it would lay flat. After a day, it was lovely and I was able to put it against a large piece of cardboard. Now when I get ready for a work out I just follow the figures on the poster and my workout is very efficient. Since it is heavily laminated it will be beautiful for a long time to come.

Not what I needed
The poster was nice but I was looking for something that showed Malibu pilates

I like this very much; very helpful.
It's a great size and well made. Heavy duty laminate. There is a note that comes with it that mentions to relieve the tension from being rolled from storage and shipping, to roll it the opposite direction, and secure with rubber bands for 24 hours. I tried just hanging it on the wall first, and it's a lot easier after I did that. Instructions are well illustrated, with poses being clear, with names. I definitely recommend this product. I also bought the set with something like seven other exercise routines/types to give me the opportunity to try other things. Same manufacturer as well.
