Does anyone know know how this compares with sunita which I love

Not sure about Sunita, this is stone ground handmade from 100% Humera Sesame Seeds known for their smooth consistency which is ideal for making dips and hummus.

Hi, is this made from black sesame seeds? If so, why is the colour light brown, and not black?

No. It is made from whole white sesame seeds.

How well does this keep after opening?

Really well. Got mine in February and it’s still lovely. The sell by date is December 2021. It just says store in a cool dark place. I made some hummus with mine this morning. Delicious.

is this tahini oil free. i.e. no added oil to the paste

Correct, this is only 100% sesame seeds, no added oil
