Restaurant quality Basmati at home. Add rice to a bowl, rinse 7 times and drain thoroughly until water runs clear, before soaking for 25 mins in cold water and then cooking.

So we always swear by tilda in blue bag tried this as it was on offer, not amazing took extensive washing and required a good soak before cooking for decent results. Its nice rice but its more long grain than what im used to with basmati and a lot more faffing i personally wont buy this type again but i guess its a preference thing
