Very durable!
Can't beat an ugly stix for the cost. I've been using them for fresh and salt water since the early 80's . I have 35 ugly stiks of different purposes and never had a problem or breakage ever. I do have other high end rods,but love my ugly stik just as much. I highly recommend them.

6' Medium Heavy.
Wow what a great rod strong and comfortable feel.Not much else to say as the positive reviews by other's already spell it out already.Best rod I have used at any price exceeds my expectations.

Great inexpensive alternative
I fish Fenwick HMG and Kistler rods and I wanted a shorter option than my 7” rods. I decided to give this rod a try and so far, I am impressed. I have never taken Uglystick seriously until now. Great rod for the money and so far… a great rod in general.

Ugly Stik - Quality and Durability
A little lighter than Medium heavy. Feels just like a medium. However, this is a great rod for a good price.I am satisfied with the quality.

Bent Eyelits Upon Arrival
Nice rod. Seemed like a fair price when comparing it to competitors. However 3 of the eyelits were bent when it arrived at the house.Needed the rod so didn’t have time nor patience to try and return/exchange item. I just bent the eyelits back to near their normal state. However I know doing this will affect the strength and integrity. I’m normally a person who doesn’t write reviews, other then the bent eyelits, no complaints.
