How do you store bags when you have just purchased them and are not ready to use them yet?

For recharging, can the bags be left on a windowsill that receives sunlight; or do they need to actually be outside?

Hello , you can put it on the a window to recharge the sunlight. the place is not important . the sunlight is important. if the window can receive the sunlight , then it is a good place to recharge the bamboo charcoal bags.
