No need to use Compact Flash in my camera
My DSLR is older and CF cards are very expensive. This enables me to use SD cards at a fraction of the cost of a CF card. 128 GB CF - $90, 128 GB SD - $20, and the SD is faster.

Works for standard use, does not work with iPod Mini 2nd Gen
I ordered this in hopes to use it with an iPod Mini 2nd Gen to replace the hard drive with an SD card, however it does not work with the iPod at all. For standard use on connecting an SD card to my computer via the CF card slot, it does work fine. But as the answer was not there for me when I was looking, I am leaving the review to let others know it does not work properly if you want to utilize it for an iPod.
