While this is a lower dose, it's perfect for my needs. The taste is fine, as is texture. You can either allow them to fully dissolve slowly or chew them. Normal B complex vitamins taste and smell bad to me so these are wonderful for my tastes.

I like these chewable-meltable pills. I was very pleased with the minty taste that flavored these Vitamin B-Complex pills. I usually place it under my tongue until it softens enough to chew. I have been satisfied with my purchase.

I wanted a B complex vitamin that was NOT a high potency. This is it. Complete with all B vitamins, lower dosage than most brands, easily dissolves in your mouth with a nice mint flavor.

i switched to a plant diet several months ago and my doctor said I needed a B12 supplement since meat is the main source of B12. I am not a fan of megadosing and these seemed to be enough for to make up for what I was missing. I didn't realize I basically got NO B12 in my diet. I have to admit, I am not a fan of them. These are tablets that are supposed to melt in your mouth or can be chewed. They taste a little like a very mild Altoid with no sweetness at all. It's a strange flavor that I don't love. I can deal with it but would prefer a fruity flavor.The main issue is that, for me, the levels of B vitamins are actually too low. While I don't like megadosing, I do want to get 100% of the RDA of the B vitamins I am not consuming on a daily basis. These offer just 83% of the B12 RDA. For those who eat a diet that includes meat, that is probably fine. But I need two of these a day to be sure I am covered. I wouldn't mind taking two but I just don't like the flavor enough to continue taking these once they are gone.If you don't mind the mild, slightly tart mint flavor and eat a typical diet, these should be all you need to be sure you get the B vitamins your diet may not provide completely. For vegans and vegetarians, a higher dose of B12 is necessary.
