Make sure you have a mixing medium in mind
This stuff is super cool and I feel bad because I don’t think I use it for like half of what it’s for. It says you can mix it into anything. I’ve only used it on two paintings. One time I mixed it with clear varnish and the other time I mixed it with modge podge. Both times it worked pretty good. I would use resin if you can. A little goes a long way. It’s really pretty though and very pigmented.

These are the best
These work great with 2k paints and Lacquer. I use them to paint guitars with Lacquer and used some recently when I was painting my car

Great product and color, slow shipping.
It took quite a while to ship, about 2 weeks. I use this for resin casting a custom prayer cross, the carbon black is a great color for the rocks holding the cross in the stand. A little bit goes a long way which is great. Will use it a lot.

Rich, Like a shiny new penny.
I have been using pearl x pigments for a while now. I used to use a copper based oil ink for printmaking, but with copper prices being high, that seem to have ceased to make it. So, now I mix pearl x pigments info my inks and acrylic paint to get the effects I am after. I really like adding copper to a nice deep red. It gives it an amazing reflective lushness that I love. This rich copper pigment is great. I don't know that much about pigments or how it is made, but the powder itself, if used dry looks like a shiny copper penny. It is very fine and consistent at that. When I run or, I will buy it again. While, for most this quantity should last for a while, as much as i use it, i sometimes wish icould buy larger container instead of just multiple of this quantity.

Pearl Ex Pigment
Very nice pigment, comes in a wide variety of colors. Jacquard also makes alot of fine alcohol inks & fabric mediums. I will be using this pigment to add to wax, watercolor, and various mediums. The decription of this item did not mention it but you receive 3 jars in a box. Recommended fir crafters & mixed media projects, and I believe Jacquard has a new kit out where you can mix pigment to create caligraphy ink.

Love it
Exactly what I was looking for. There's no shimmer or glitter effect.

Rheoscopic Fluid = Magic Potions
This worked great for making visibly swirling 'magic potions' (ie Rheoscopic fluid) in bottles. About a teaspoon to about two cups of water and some food color very roughly measured worked great. We still have plenty of powder left over. In retrospect some obvious fails to our experiments were: 1. Adding soap to thicken the liquid did not work as well, it formed bubbles when shaken. 2. Mixing with Tonic water kept popping the cork off. Neither of our fails were the fault of the Pearl Ex which was awesome every time.
