owerful Herbicide, but Follow Mixing Instructions Carefully
This herbicide is very effective, but itโs important to understand the mixing requirements before purchasing. The entire bottle is meant to be mixed with 1 gallon of water to create the concentrated solution. Once mixed, that concentrate needs to be used within about 30 days after that, its effectiveness drops significantly. I applied it as directed and saw excellent results. Weeds began showing signs of decline within a week, and by two weeks, the targeted areas were almost completely cleared. It works well on a broad range of grassy and broadleaf weeds, making it a versatile product for lawn care. Because you have to mix the whole bottle at once, itโs best suited for people who have larger areas to treat or multiple applications planned within that 30-day window. The product is high quality, easy to dissolve in water, and works quickly when used correctly. Overall, itโs a great weed control option if you plan your applications ahead of time and follow the mixing and usage instructions exactly.

What a beast of a herbicide
This product works 100% well on Bermuda weeds & Poa thatโs why I keep buying it every year I donโt put out pre emergent so I apply this in March about 2 applications is all it takes the first one wipes out the majority and the 2nd application is a spot spray for the leftover ones. It stuns my Bermuda buyt I slap it with some fertilizer & iron in about 2-3 weeks once scalped.

Kills poanna.
Works great. No poanna this year.

It killed the Poa
4 stars instead of 5 because of price, basically good for one treatment. For a 1800 sq ft of Bermuda seems a waste of product. It did knock out Poa this spring. Thinking Iโm going to try putting it down in late fall with my pre-emergent and see if that will eliminate in spring.

Careful with Jamur Zoysia
I was not able to spray pre-emergent this past year and had a serious poa annua problem this spring. The pictures are from 2/15, 3/15, and 4/15 and in North Texas. I sprayed an initial application on 2/15. The good news is this stuff kills poa. The bad news is my zoysia is suffering. My grass is now pretty thin in probably about 50% of my yard. I am hopeful that it will come back in the next couple of months but I did follow the mixture directions pretty carefully. I mixed half the product in a 2-liter bottle and then made 4 separate applications with a 4-gallon backpack to cover 1/2 acre. I then mixed the remaining product into another 4, 4-gallon applications and treated another 1/2 acre. Not sure if I would use again - that would depend upon what my yard looks like in June/July... If it comes back, I might up the 3-stars to something higher. The label said nothing about zoysia, but it is a warm season grass so I went for it. === 5/30 Update: My zoysia is doing great. I'm fighting some spurge now that wasn't showing before, but Negate is a post-emergent and really worked well for me. Definitely recommend.

Not using the whole bottle
So I am about to do spot treatment of my new poa annua before my Zoysia greens up. I am not sure why everyone if freaking our about the mixing instructions. 1.5 Oz bottle is about 42 grams. If you break it down considering the dilutions that is about 1 gram/gallon so no I am not going to use it all at once. I am going to make up 5 gallons as I have small scales to weigh down to 5 grams. I will let you know how it works after the spot treatment.

Works fine... but getting cheated
I have bought this product several times over the years to kill poa annua. It works as advertised. But I have one gripe. I wanted to split the 1.5oz container into two batches, so I got an unused medicine bottle, zeroed-out the kitchen scale and measured. The total amount was 1.45oz. I refuse to believe that Quali-Pro has the ability to make this complex molecule that interferes with one specific step in a particular type of photosynthesis.... yet they cannot measure their product in the container. It seems more likely that us consumers are getting screwed at every available opportunity.
