How bright are these lights, in lumens?

Hello Victoria, thank you for the question. These units output a relatively low lumens rating. Each device uses about .3W to emit a warm white glow at 3000K. Individually it would not be very high, but if placed together these units would output a higher amount of overall lumens, but we do not have an exact figure. One of our experts can try and help you find an exact number if you want to call us. Please reach out to us by following the link below. Our support number is located on the top right corner of the web page. When you call, please press option 4 and provide our Consumer Care Team with your personal ticket number 511208, so that we can resolve your issue promptly. We look forward to helping you. https://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&orderID=&seller=A23REY5RU8UL5T&tab=&vasStoreID

Do these lights work on 220 volts (european outlets?)

No. On the back of the light it says 120 volts.

What is the color temperature?

I believe it is pretty much half way between warm and cool. It has a nice soft glow that doesn’t glare at you in the middle of the night.

Is there a way to turn off the dusk to dawn sensor?

Thank you for your question. No, there is no way to turn the dusk to dawn sensor off.
