Is the soft caramel a more natural shade then what is shown in the pic?

Not very natural. It's a little darker than a nude. More of a nutmeg.

Which is the pinkest shade?

Healthy Blush looks pinker on me - I have fair skin. The Petal Glow has a little bit of coral to it.

Oh, yes. My lips are much, much better after just a few days and after one week my lips look like they did when I was under 30. I'm now 60 and I love my lips again. I can't believe everyone doesn't LOVE this product. It is phenomenal. I have chronically dry lips and over the years, I have paid ridiculous amounts for lip balms. Years ago I bought one treatment that was mixed especially for me in Paris that cost over $200. I was desperate and they saw me coming!! It didn't do anything. This Neutrogena Lip Balm is FANTASTIC!!! I don't have to reapply constantly. Two or three applications a day and my lips are good.

which shade is more natural looking?

I don't know which shade is more natural looking since I have only tried and use Sunny Berry. I would guess it depends on the shade of your natural lips and your skin color. I can tell you it feels great by keeping lips soft and adds a little color.
