What is the difference, other than consistency, between this and the serum? What concerns is this supposed to address that the serum does not? Thanks.

I have never tried the serum. This lotion has a nice milky consistency that smells delightful. It is like a light milky lotion. It did not address any of my skin concerns because it was too light. Therefore, I have not purchased it again even though I think it is a great lotion.

Is it okay to put on lotion after?

This is for your face and lotion is for your body. But you can put face cream after putting on this. But before you put face cream wait like 30 seconds so this Emulsion can set in your skin. The routine recommended is wash your face, dry it, apply: toner, emulsion, serum, eye cream and face cream. All to your face one at a time

I am pretty new to korean cosmetics, i have combination-oily skin, ance prone. I wonder if I can use this as daily moisturzier?

I have combination skin, leaning towards oily. I use this in addition to a moisturizer. This product is very light and I need more moisture for my skin. It smells great.
