Absolute GodSend My Backs Very Delicate I Had An Operation 17 Years Ago On My Back Due To Damaged Discs & It Worked A Treat & Unfortunately Due To Wear & Tear I've Now Got. Fracture Below The Original Site! And I Sometimes Have Trouble 😭Moving So This Belt Is A Life Line! And I'm So Grateful. Would Recommend This To Anyone In Pain Comfortable. Practical & The Best One On The Market As Tried Several Ones Before And They Are Rubbish

I hurt my back whilst bending, twisting and trying to lift a heavy box, all at the same time. After a week of pain and pain killers, I decided to try some support. It fits well, is easy to adjust and does provide support. It isn't a miracle relief, your back will still hurt. But it makes moving about easier. The only slight problem I have encountered is the hard rubber adjustment, on the ends of the outer elastic, do have a tendency to dig in at times. But all in all it does what I wanted it to do. So a good overall purchase.

I'm not going through all the suggested topics.This back support is brilliant! You can tighten it in two ways or more.It really does put pressure where you want it.It's pretty comfortable to wear.I think it will last for a long time.And for sciatica, it really seems to put that pressure exactly where the pain is.I don't use just this.I use deep freeze (doesn't touch it)I use paracetamol (Don't touch it)I use frozen peas (very good, but 20 minutes of cold is better than 20 minutes of heat!)I also got some pregablin which help the pain associated with the back.Like that intense pain you get all the way down to your foot!It feels extremely protective whilst wearing it.You really can tighten these things.So I'd recommend this any day!I've had a shoulder support before, and that sucked!But this back support is awesome.So glad to get something that actually helped the pain.Thank you!

I have curvature of the spine & and chronic disc problems, so I'm a veteran user of many belts over the years. Most either don't offer enough support, or give too much, and the ones with ribs often felt like being in a corset and restricted my movement.This belt is superb, it's far wider than any I used before, supports a bigger vertical area of my back, it made a huge difference in reducing pain and spasms from day one, while also being the most comfortable belt I've ever used.There are separate straps you adjust after you put it on, and these give you complete control to pull things tighter on "bad" days, or have less pressure, but still get support when you are doing something physical, and want to protect your back. At times I have to wear it for days on end, and it remains comfortable. Highly recommend.

bought this hoping it would be as supportive as another on same page as this but it is not,feels very soft and does not support back at all. yes its cheap , should have realised you get what you pay for.never again stick to my usual, maybe dearer but does help when gardening.

After reading some of the reviews I decided to try this back support to help with my chronic back pain and sciatica. As soon as it arrived I couldn’t wait to put it on to see if it could provide me with some relief. After wearing it daily since I can honestly say I am so happy I ordered it! It’s very well made and comfortable to wear (slightly uncomfortable when seated) and has enabled me to return to work. I can’t explain how good this product is. If you suffer like I do with regular back pain don’t hesitate to buy this. 💯 % recommended.
