Any comment about the smell and taste of this?

This product is NOT odorless. There's a bad smell to this and won't go away no matter how vanilla or sweetner you use. I'm going to throw out the bag I received.

I have a hard time getting this to disolve well, even in coffee. Seems to cement on the spoon. Any suggestions?

I have more luck with the opposite technique as some have suggested. I wet the gelatin in cool liquid first and then graduall heat while stirring, and it doesn’t congeal then.

Has anyone used this gelatin for making "jelly cakes" or Gelatin art?

I used to make my own jello. I think I also made chia pudding. No taste to it. Works well.
