Charger is working perfectly. the only issue, a minor issue is the cord(s) need to be a little bit longer. Its not as long as the other original one was by about 4 to 5 inches maybe. Other than that its working great.

Updated review
**Update on customer service. This company reached out to me to offer a full refund of my charger. I will order from them again because of their kind offer. I had thrown away the packaging and didn't want the hassle of returning the charger. Lesson learned. I should have contacted the seller first. I'm struggling to make this work. It does not charge my laptop unless cord is held in a certain position, and then only sporadically.
