What is the expiration date of these? They are difficult to use if beyond expire date.

I would not use this beyond its expiration date. Smarter to get fresh caulk as old caulk loses adhesion. This stuff is Soooo much better than anything else. But it needs to sit for 6-7 days before exposure to water in the bath or kitchen or paint anywhere else.

After I have filled the cracks can I apply more sikaflex on top of the existing sikaflex...Will it bond to itself?

Yes and no. A cured bond break will exist, but if you need to increase the fill of the caulkable gap, no harm will be created. You can reactive the existing caulk with a little acetone. BUT if it's a vertical fill, don't do it! You'll have a mess in your hands and everywhere else....

I need to seal stainless steel to concrete in an underwater pool setting with chlorine, is this the stuff to use?

I haven't had that kind of use for it, but this caulk seems very durable, and sticks pretty aggressively to everything.
