Would this work to seal concrete walls and floors in a basement

Hi there! This product is not recommended for use on floor. We're also wondering if you're dealing with hydrostatic pressure in your basement. If that's the case, we don't recommend this product even on the walls. We do have a Basement & Masonry Waterproofer that would work well on your walls but it also cannot be used on a floor. KILZ Odorless can definitely be used on concrete walls but you should use a waterproofer if water is present. Hope that helps, best of luck with your project!

Does this adhere to dried oil painted surfaces?

Oh yes it does!!! If left unshaken/unstirred, the thick white paste at the bottom is an incredible tool for coverage of just about any surface!!!. If you instead plan to paint it on as the usual blend, make sure you use a drill and power stirrer to do it right. The hand/stick approach will fail you.

Does this product cover nicotine stain?

Yes, it does. I got it for a Sunroom that was smoked in for years. It covered the yellow nicotine on the walls and ceiling.

Can this product be used on a bathtub?

I would not use it on a bathtub or sink.
