They say "Dry erase". Do they erase cleanly? Would they work for a bulletin board where you want to change the messages frequently?

Definitely, they erase cleanly and can be changed often. Actually erases better than a dry erase board.

Hi, these are not stickers, Dry-erase card-stock type paper, thick enough to write, erase and re-use. Good for use as feed-back tool for bulletin boards, or any imaginative idea one can come up with.

Can you write with pen - want writing to be permanent. Also is each could 9x8?

No because the product has a shiny coat, but you can write with a permanent marker
