Kroon Iron Ketllebells are integrally molded and have a solid, professional look. All kettlebells feature an engraved weight display. The underside is flattened so that the kettlebell stays firmly in place and can not roll. The Kroon Iron Kettlebells are available in the following weights: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36 and 40kg Training with kettlebells is not harmless. Especially in dynamic exercises by swinging the kettlebell extremely high forces the risk of injury is high. Proper breathing and correct learning of the training technique is a must!

Pas le bon choix
Revêtement peinture à l odeur très désagréable, qui reste sur les mains ( toxicité ? ) . Poignee étroite donc pas de prise totale à deux mains.... Certe le prix est la mais des défauts certain. J éviterai pour la prochaine !
