It comes with the liquid activator and 9 single application cups that are already measured for you. Also, a liquid activator measuring cup. It is a 4 step process! You will have to purchase separately protecto, 5 in 1 reconstructor and/or positive link application, normalizing shampoo. It does sound like a lot but it is well worth it! Btw, if your hair is sensitive, they recommend a scalp protector. I bought it but I've never had to use it. I hope this helps! Good luck!
