Am I getting three (3) screws as seen in picture ?

NO you are not. I was shipped 3 52 22 927 050, an upgrade kit for Fein 1970 - 2004. Current seller is mixing up product codes and or picture is wrong an misleading

Does this set include a star washer for using blades?

No. This is just replacement mounting screws/washers for the original. You would need the "Upgrade-Kit FEIN MultiMaster 1970-2004". The part number on my kit was 35222927050. It consists of two items, an allen bolt with a large, flat head and a large washer with four small lugs that fit into the "star" on the tool you want mount on your MultiMaster. The opposite side of the washer has a very hard, coarse facing that grips the MultiTool better than a smooth surface. of the original part. This I suppose is to allow the older MultiMasters to better use accessories that are designed to use the new improved star. The search for the product to allow us to better us our old model is very difficult. And, the product is very over-priced but improves the performance a little. Disappointing from a company that makes good tools.
