Positive connection around the rim, works as advertised for humidity chambers.

I'd probably be better off with a vacuum type dessicator
Difficult to develop and maintain an airtight seal. Had to apply large amounts of vaseline, still no luck. I'd probably be better off with a vacuum type dessicator. A tupperware container would serve the same purpose as this.
