This stuff seems so far to be a MIRACLE product. My rescued pup, between upset tummy caused by a certain food and his neutering around the same time began to forget potty habits and used my carpet every single morning religiously at a minimum. It took me three weeks to pinpoint his food was bothering him, and that diarrhea smell made matters worse. The Bissell carpet cleaner wasn't cutting the smell, and if I could smell it, he could as well. Saturday night, I got my bottle in the mail, and went right to work on it. For deep nasty smells, you are supposed to pour directly on the carpet into the padding, cover with towel and place a heavy object on the spot. That's kind of tough considering a. it is hard to find the spots. I have to smell for them b. there was so much square footage to cover and c. I had no idea how much product was required to get to the carpet padding. You aren't supposed to have prolonged skin exposure to the product, so I would recommend gloves, but when I did was pour enough product that when massaged foamed up kind of soapy. I covered the area up (the biggest treated are was probably 100-150 sq ft) and put boards weighted down on the them. I left the whole set up overnight. In the morning, I woke up to the first morning in probably a month to not poop on the floor and no pee in my dog's belly band. I wasn't sure if all the weighted stuff made my dog avoid using that area as a toilet, so I picked up everything and did a sniff check. No smell; just the product. The floor was still wet. After an afternoon air drying, the floors were completely dry and I vacuumed them (the last step on the bottle). I woke up this morning to clean carpets once again. My only skepticism would lie in what happens when the scent wears off. I'm hoping the dog smell does NOT come back nor the accidents, but will update if this is the case. I used this product to clean up a canola oil spill on my carpet as well. I sprayed it on, and as per instructions, let the product sit for at least 10 minutes, scrubbed with a rag and repeated the process. The stain appears to have come out 80-90%. I'm thinking if I use the product and then shampoo the area I might be able to get the rest of it out. which I didn't think was possible. The smell of the product isn't overbearing. It kind of has a minty-Vicks rub smell to it. If you only have a few spots on the floor, it shouldn't dominate your house. My house, since I had to treat around 20% of it, definitely smells heavily like this product and my rags still smell like it even though I washed them. I'm okay with it though because I don't mind the smell of the product even though I'm typically sensitive to things like that. Not sure if it is a pleasant smell or just a great alternative to dog pee smell. I can see how some people may complain about the scent though. Total I treated about 200sq ft of space I would say and I still have some of the product left. The gallon went a lot further than I thought it would. I can imagine if you treat as accidents happen this product would last quite a while. So worth the $40 and elbow grease to have a clean house again! THANK YOU!

Incontinent dog, odorless house
I have a 14-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He can't hear and can barely see. As a result, his housebreaking has failed in his old age and for the last year he just pees wherever he feels the urge. Poor old dog. His favorite place to potty has become my wife's closet floor. It's a soft carpeted surface and it right next to where he sleeps. He gets up in the night like an old man and pees in the closet...every night...sometimes twice. It was getting pretty bad in there. I was renting carpet cleaner machines and part of my morning routine was to go in there and clean up the mess. Despite this, he closet reeked. Made out whole bathroom and master bedroom stink, even though all the potty mess was behind a door in the closet. Horrible horrible dog urine smells. I still go in and clean, but when I got this product "BUBBAS Super Strength Commercial Enzyme Cleaner - Pet Odor Eliminator | Enzymatic Stain Remover" I put it in a half-gallon handheld garden sprayer and put it all over the floor of the closet. I left it overnight and in the morning it had mostly dried. I vacuumed the floor, and it was great. Since them I still have to clean the floor daily, but now I use this enzyme cleaner every time. No residual smells at all. The product is thin like water and totally clear. Its mildly sudsy if you shake it, but not annoyingly so. There is a pleasant minty smell as a residue and the lasted in the closet for about 4 days. A week after application there is no pee smell and not mint smell, except for my daily spot-treatment. This product removed the yellowing and tacky feeling from the heavily urine-soiled carpet, it now looks and smells great. If I put my nose down deep into the carpet, I can still get a faint whiff of dog urine smell, but I suspect that is from the pad and I'll bet with another heavy treatment that would go away too. I can't smell it at all unless I smoosh my nose down into the carpet. If you are spot cleaning or dealing with heavily soiled carpet, this is a fantastic product. This is easily the best dog urine remover I have ever tried, and if they have it at Walmart, Petsmart, or Target....I have tried it. This beats them all very handily. Great product.

Cat urine smell gone.. Product scent remains
Our old female cat picked the one spot in our home I would have chosen her not to pee on.. our new carpet in my niece's new bedroom next to her new loft bed.. I had to take the bed apart and move it all out to treat the problem.. which already had me ready to be severely ticked if the product didn't work. In fact I went with this more expensive product for that reason.. I wanted the smell gone totally. It may take a learning period to use this product as I wasn't sure how long I should leave it down, though it only says an hour. I put the product down heavily in the soiled area, making sure it saturated everything.. at first you'll smell the urine as it becomes wet again, this is normal. We have a shampoo machine so I vacuumed up as much as I could with that the first day. I may not have left it down long enough but I could still smell the urine a bit so I treated it again the following day the same way. Though I couldn't smell the urine I treated it again to be sure. Trying to vacuum it up with a shampoo machine is a process because this product produces a lot of suds. I wanted to remove all of it from the carpet so I spent a few days shampooing trying to go until it didn't sud up anymore. Now that I'm done I don't smell the urine anymore. The only problem I have is that the scent of the product is a little strong. Someone likened it to the urinal pucks in bathrooms. I wouldn't say it's exactly like that but it does have a cleaner type smell. What I don't understand is why they use a scent at all? All I really wanted was for the product to do its job, and if it does that you shouldn't smell anything after treatment. But this product smell left me trying to be rid of it with a shampoo machine. I don't want the 7 year old's bedroom smelling like this. I want to forget I treated the soiling of the carpet. Now a month later I can still smell it on the carpet, not the urine but the product. I wish they would get rid of using a scent and just let the product do its job.. because after all it's not the scent that covers the urine.. it's the product that is supposed to rid the carpet of it totally.. let us decide how we want our 'post cleanup' area to smell. So after two treatments i'd say it's 5 star product.. but dealing with the product scent which I didn't really want left me frustrated.

This stuff is great !!!
I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews, but this product needs one. Firstly, I will tell you that I have 3 small dogs, who despite being walked multiple times during the day, urinate quite regularly on our carpets. It is very frustrating, and my wife and I were positive that we needed to just bite the bullet and replace our carpets with hardwoods. Sometimes the smell is unbearable. There is nothing more disheartening that being away all day, opening the front door and being greeted by an overpowering scent of dog pee !! I purchased a carpet cleaner in January, 2016, and regularly cleaned all of my children's carpets (the dogs favorite "stomping grounds" ). I tried many of the Odor Eliminators, Urine Eliminators etc. all met with varying degrees of success. Generally, the carpets would get nice and clean, but the room smelled "covered up". While it wasn't the awful pee smell as before, it still had much to be desired, and after a day or two... the smell would come back. I was shopping here on Amazon, when I stumbled upon this product, and based on the reviews, I decided that I should give it a shot.... especially since I was convinced the Carpet and pad had to go anyway. Well, I'm glad that I did. I read the directions, and did everything that it said. I vacuumed the rooms thouroghly, saturated the effected area (It was almost the whole carpet) with hot water, and then applied liberal amounts of the Terminator product. The smell is pleasant. It has been described as many things, but mainly, I smell a Mint. It's a Minty smell. It is strong, but its not Pee smell !!!. I let it sit for a few hours, then I ran my carpet cleaner using Bubbas carpet cleaner in the system. The first day, you will notice the mint... then... you won't notice anything !! No Pee smell, no pee smell when opening the door, and then after a day or two, you won't even notice the mint smell. It was almost miraculous. But... here was the TRUE test.... When I used it, I was in a hurry to get to an event, and I needed to leave before packing up my carpet cleaner. I asked my 11 year old Son to please put the carpet cleaner away. Now, because the Carpet Cleaner doesn't have video, music, and the ability to shoot video characters.... my son had little interest for it, and because I didn't SPECIFICALLY tell him to empty and rinse all of the carpet cleaner compartments, he just wrapped up the cord, and put it back in my garage, with a nice batch of dirty "Pee Water" nicely left to ferment in the tank. I can tell you, I've done this before... and usually, when I go to empty it later, the smell could virtually KILL you, it's fermented, stagnant, Pee Water, and the Urine Smell is multiplied x10... However... When I went back, a week after cleaning the Carpets (today)... I saw the tank and dreaded opening it. Upon opening it..... Nothing.... It just smelled faintly of the Mint Terminator and Bubbas carpet cleaner.... It basically ate all the pee smell. This product works. I will continue to buy !! (Because, I'm really positive my stupid dogs are not going to continue to pee !!!)

IT'S GOOD TO LIVE IN A CLEAN HOUSE With my furbabies again.
Another amazing product from Bubba's Rowdy Friends. We have 2 large dogs (1-3 legged) and 2-cats-(1 has lymphoma--getting chemo and doing great as far as doesn't seem to be in pain and still jumping up on the bed and sofa to get his lovin. The only problem is he is/has been scraping with the only cat who moved back in with us after 3 years. Had previously lived with us so didn't think and would visit when his momma went away so didn't think it would be a problem (I can be pretty naive). Anyway since November they have been vying for territorial rights and made our lives miserable, not to mention our house was a constant cleaning nightmare. In Apr we found out one of our cats has Lymphoma and wasn't always able to get to the box (Have 3 of them) plus both cats marking their territory. I tried so many cleaners and at best they did a mediocre job on the stains (carpet/drapes/furniture)--it was really gross, and I, a septuagenarian, was so exhausted with the daily scrubbing (even professional cleaning did not take out the urine stains in drapes). I put a 5 gal bucket on my walker, filled it about 2/3 full of water. I saturated the bottom 1/4 of drapes where urine stain was, put towels underneath to catch the drips and let it soak for about 30 minutes. I then plunged the drapes into the water up to the top of the stain to rinse. I truly thought I would have to replace the drapes (drycleaned- $$$ but did not work) so I had nothing to lose and it worked great--rinse water was yellow at first but after a couple more buckets of water it was crystal clear. Of course carpet was equally as bad. I was able to save the (white carpet) with spraying this when I first find an accident and cleaning it up. It does pretty good and I use my carpet shampoo to remove any residual whenever I have time. I know a lot of you would say get rid of the cats but they are family, and we love all of them and get so much enjoyment watching them and cuddling up with them. I did recently put 5 of the Feliway diffusers in the house so hopefully this bad behavior will soon come to a halt or at least slow down-it actually seems as though it has haven't had in cat fights in the last couple of days and minimal vomiting from the one with cancer (who by the way is on chemo and doing great). We were reluctant to put him through chemo (13 yrs old) but read cats do well with it so decided we would at least try it for a while--so glad we did, If we didn't know, how sick he was by biopsy/monthly treatments, he acts just as healthy and has no signs of slowing down. By the way, my house now looks great, smells great AND feels clean again. Thanks to Bubba's Rowdy friends products. I use steam cleaner carpet shampoo, and Pet Odor Eliminating Spray plus the Terminator--will never be without these products again. My husband is equally happy, he does not have to replace carpet, drapes, curtains or furniture.

Product is good, customer service, a no go!!!
So far, so good. I started using the product last night, mostly for smell, not stain. I tested a small spot first, due to all the photos of color fading and stuff, and it has been good-no color problems for me. I have sniffed the carpet and all I smell is the product, so time will tell if it actually takes the smell away. I also ordered the angry orange to hopefully stop the pets from going back over to this part of the carpet. Stay tuned! The smell is interesting. I bought this product over another pee product based on a customer talking about the smell... it smells a bit like licorice, not bad, very calm and not flowery. I have bought pee stuff before that have smelled a bit like flowers-this is a bit low toned and a deeper, musk of a smell. I would recommend the smell. But, I gave 3 stars because NO, absolutely NO directions. In fact, on the bottle they print out what number to text for directions - I texted and still no response. Is it that hard to print the instructions on the bottle? For all the time it took to print the number and words to text for directions, you could have printed the directions. The directions are not hard, but I know I will forget over time and have to constantly look the directions up to make sure I am using the product correctly--As a customer we want to make sure we are getting the most out of the product, so do us a favor and let us know exactly how to use the product in order to gain the best response!!

Did not believe it until I tried it
My story: The people who live above me became very loud and obnoxious every night while we were under Safer at Home orders. This caused my 2 cats to become very anxious with any loud noise sending them running - only to stop right inside my bedroom door and let go of their bladders. I was cleaning everyday with my shampooer with it never fully drying before they would get spooked again. Finally the property manager intervened and they were able to calm down and stop peeing outside their litter box. However, by this time the smell was too bad to sleep in my bedroom and I had to keep the door closed so it would not waft throughout the apartment. I cleaning the area repeatedly every day, trying different products, and sleeping on the couch...for a week. I finally sat down and did some research and found several articles about removing stains and odors from pet accidents. Which led me to search for products specifically containing INactive enzymes. It came yesterday without instructions, just a tagline on the bottle to text a phone number to get them. No response. I looked up the company's direct website and found the instructions. Put enough water on the spot that it will reach, and be absorbed by, the carpet padding. Now the area they had been peeing in is about 4x5 feet. So yea - I made a swamp with just a ton of cold water. The instructions were to let the water set for 5 minutes - I let it set 10-15 (just to be sure). Though the product says no carpet cleaning machine is necessary, I was really happy to have one to remove the excess water as that is the next step. Once the excess water is removed, you cover the area with the product in the same way you did the water. So I made a 4x5 foot swamp using the product this time. The smell dissipated immediately. Now I don't know if it was entirely gone at that point, but it was SOOOO bad that just the act of activating the enzymes on it made it at least seem to disappear. I covered it with a towel as instructed and was finally able to sleep in my bed last night. I woke up this morning and smelled no urine. Immediately after dressing I used the carpet cleaner to extract the product. It says you don't have to rinse it, but given that I had used 1/2 the bottle on this small area, I ran cold water through the carpet cleaner to rinse. I still smell no urine, only a faint scent of what reminds of a blend of eucalyptus and peppermint oils. I love it, but it is a polarizing scent that some people just do not care for. I have an oscillating fan pointed at it now to aid in drying. I will be gone for about 6 or 7 hours today. The real scent test will be when I come home from being away from it so long...get rid of the nose blindness. If you do not see any update from me, then I continue to be thoroughly please with the performance and will use their products from now on. Good luck!

A curse is lifted!
Years ago I purchased the nicest purse I’d ever owned. Like, actually splurged on a brand name leather purse. It’s a super cool, eggplant colored Frye bag. I loved it. LOVED IT! I got it on a crazy sale, but it was originally something like $450. I was over the moon. I am sure you can see where this is going. One of my cats peed on it. 😭 It was in my bedroom, which was supposed to be a cat free zone, so I can only assume this terrible act of vandalism was out of sheer spite. (Don’t worry, I know sometimes when cats don’t use their litterbox it’s due to health reasons... but Olive received the all clear from the Vet). Anyway, I made multiple attempts to revive my beloved handbag.... vinegar and baking soda, other pet odor eliminators, magic rituals, crying... etc. Nothing worked. Sometimes I’d get a false sense of hope, but as soon as the purse was dry the smell returned. It was haunting me.... maybe I should have called an exorcist? As gross as it was I couldn’t bring myself to simply throw the purse away. It went into a plastic container and into storage. Years pass... YEARS! I’m cleaning/organizing my house and come across... THE PURSE. Pulling it out of its container of banishment was like unearthing the Necronomicon. I swear the lights flickered and a susurrus of menacing whispers wafted past my ear. The miasma of cat pee slowly permeated my room. I had just purchased a gallon of this cleaner after reading an article of the best pet odor eliminators, and I knew what had to be done. Cue inspirational montage music. Bucket? Check. Cleaner? Check. Haunted purse? Check. Determined grimace? Check. Ignoring the instructions to test the product on a small, discreet patch of the leather I poured half the bottle into the bucket with a little warm water and a quick prayer to the universe. Into the bucket the bag went, and I waited. Dye leached out of the purse, looking eerily like cursed blood oozing out of an artifact as an intrepid anthropologist stabs into it with a sacred crystal dagger. I had expected this, but a slightly lighter colored bag is better than no bag at all. About an hour goes by before I feel confident to remove the purse from my potion bucket. It looked great, even though the liquid in the bucket was such a deep, rich red that would have made a team of forensic investigators do a double take. I draped the bag over the faucet and waited. It takes about 36 hours for the bag to dry completely and I expected the smell of pee to slowly start seeping out of the seams of my beloved satchel. *Sniff sniff* What?!? Could it be? The only scent that met my nostrils was the pleasant odor of cured leather and Bubba’s. The curse was lifted!!!!! My poor, long suffering bag was saved!!!! I will be conditioning the leather to finalize the ritual, but Bubba’s has delivered. It deep cleaned and completely eliminated any trace of the tenacious cat urine! I am over the moon and will always keep this product on hand! Bubba’s is the only weapon you need when facing the worst, most set in pet odors. I cannot recommend this product enough. Thank you Bubba!!!!

Gets rid of the smell! And small great too!
I have been a Nature's Miracle brand loyalist, but found recently it wasn't doing the job as well. I searched for another enzyme based solution and found this. It is crazy pricey, but it works and it smells better than NM.

It definitely eliminate odours
This is a better product than what I had been using, and that was a good product. It is quite strong when first applied, but the scent disipates quickly.

Good cleaning solution
I bought a new young dog from a shelter and needed something to deal with "accidents". The product does what it says it will, it cleans and leaves a nice scent. It is not overpowering or perfumy, just a clean smell. I did have to re-clean some urine stains and even an orange juice spill and this solution did the job much better than other common stain remover products sold at stores. It is pricey however one doesn't need to use a lot; apply a small amount to wet on cleaning rag & scrub the spot and it's done. I am pleased with this product.
