1. I read the negative reviews before buying and can tell you that my experience was not like theirs at all. 2. The adhesive sticks like crazy! Not sure if it's been changed/improved along the way, but it's great now. I have a smooth concrete garage floor. I even forgot to clean and scuff before adhering. I pulled it up and repositioned it slightly (1-2 inches) FOUR times, and it still sticks like crazy! Some reviewers said it moves after use. I wonder how fast they are driving onto it?? I drive onto it very slowly (like 1 mph). You are going to hit the back and stop, so why wouldn't you be driving onto it very slowly? Some people said it moved after a couple weeks. I've been using it for 2-3 weeks and it is exposed to the hot sun for half the day. I marked its location with a Sharpie and it hasn't budged a bit. 3. Some people said it moves if you hit it at an angle. That may be true, but that's not how it's supposed to be used. 4. Some people said it's a hard target to hit. That is probably true, too. It's not that wide and the hood or trunk of your car will prevent you from seeing it as you get close to it. You need some method to guide you. I have a cabinet to guide me so I always drive straight on to it. Bottom line: If you use it as intended, it works great. I have to park precisely to prevent my tailgate from hitting overhead objects when opened. I'm perfect every time now. If you hit it at speed, off-center, or at an angle then you may have problems.

These parking mats do exactly what they’re supposed to do and make it much easier to pull into the garage and stop in the right spot every time. The size and height are just right, and they’re easy to see and feel when you roll onto them. The only downside is that they don’t always stay securely anchored, especially if you turn the wheels sharply or park repeatedly. I’ve had to reposition them occasionally. Once in place they work well, but better grip or anchoring would make them perfect. Overall, a very useful product that improves daily parking, just not quite a full five stars due to the movement issue.

This is the second time I bought this. The last time was perhaps 10 years ago for a different car. That first one worked so well I bought another for my new car. If your garage is a little on the small side for your car, you can position this mat to get your car very close to the garage door so you have the most amount of space in front of your hood that is possible. The directions say to just use the adhesive on the mat to hold it in place. But I had read reviews even when I bought my first one about the mat moving. So I installed mine using 1/4 inch Tapcons. However this may be difficult if you don’t have access to a hammer drill.

These help me park perfectly, leaving the right space all around my vehicle, every time. Easy install, though I did use better adhesive tape.

I have a two car garage with one large garage door. Apparently I do not have perfect aim so sometimes the tire may miss the mat entirely- so that’s not the best. When I do happen to hit the mat it works great, even if I happen to just clip the edge of it. Feeling the small bump is a great indicator that I’m about where I need to be to stop. One thing that could use improvement is the sticky tape. It does not stick well to the concrete floor. As you can see from the photo it was knocked out of place. Unclear if my kids did it while playing or if my husband tripped over it, or whatever. Luckily we have sidewalk chalk so I outlined where it needs to be and if I see it knocked out of alignment I can easily fix it without getting into my car and remeasuring the placement. I might try some sturdier gorilla tape or similar. One positive is that when the car approaches it, it does not move. Summary Pros- works to stop the car. When the car starts rolling over it, it does not move. Cons- sticky tape does not work well. The car can miss the mat all together if not approaching correctly.

I got this for my parents since one of them hit the wall in their garage with the car. Installation was easy and it works as it says. Of course it's not going to stop a vehicle completely, especially if it's moving with any amount of speed, but it lets you know when the tires are in the correct place to stop. I like the red color so it's easily seen when the car is out of the garage. The material seems like it will hold up to use and a car driving over it regularly. I also like the tape strip to keep the pads in place.

We purchased a home with a two car garage and quickly realized how tight it is to store items in front of the car and have only six inches to clear the back. Purchased the parking mat and it has been a life saver for me since I am petite and have a lazy right eye and have a hard time judging distance.

Flimsy and light, I wonder how is it ny better than any on AliExpress? Instead of grippy rubber or similar they are made of slippery plastic…
