We became acquainted with this product during a course of physical/occupational therapy. We liked it so much we bought one for ourselves. It's easy to use and very effective. Highly recommended.

Helps to guide the tendons and strengthen the grip after hand trauma.

Fingers are weak after injury. This is working well to go beyond healing. Different sized hands not accounted for. It would be better if it had variable resistance. There is such a model, but not offered now on Amazon.

I used this in OT and bought my own to keep working at home.

Had to return. A band wouldn’t retract after the second pull. Cheap.

I bought this for my mom and her fingers kept falling out out the black top things so she couldn't get the proper exercise for her hand to help strengthen.

The heaviest one is so extremely light that it's useless. I can't imagine how easy the medium and light ones are.

+ Keine stinkenden und reißenden Gummis mehr die man immer wieder nach kaufen muss ! + Vielfältige Übungen die mit Gummibändern nicht möglich sind ! + Insbesondere die Feinmotorik kann hiermit gezielt trainiert werden nur die kraft leider eher weniger, weil der Widerstand nicht groß genug ist ( selbst beim X Heavy Model ) ! + Der Hersteller sollte daher unbedingt noch zwei weitere Modele mit größeren Stärken anbieten aber ich gebe trotzdem volle Punktzahl ! Jeder der mit irgendwelchen Finger Expandern trainiert sollte unbedingt mal dieses Gerät ausprobieren !
