Great for people on low Vitamin A diet
It's pretty easy to get too much vitamin A stored in your liver after years of multivitamins with 2x RDA, organ meats, and fortified bread products, so this multi is great to help relieve the toxicity.

no beta carotene
When I found out about smoking and betacaratene in vitamins (can increase chances of lung cancer) I ordered these. I eat my carrots but the doc wants me on a multivitamin so I am hoping these do well.

Vitamins as advertised
Price was right; also lacks vitamin A so that’s a bonus to any of us who used to (or currently) use tobacco products (look it up, former smokers shouldn’t take vitamin A from a supplement due to cancer risks—eat natural food sources for vitamin A).

Quality Control appears to be back
Took a chance on a repeat purchase after a previous order had a nearly expired use-by date. Well, I’m happy to report that this shipment reflects a 2025 use-by date.

No beta carotene is good.
I bought this multivitamin because it doesn't have beta carotene. I'm a smoker and I've been recently reading that beta carotene increases chances of lung cancer in smokers. Vitamins without bc are difficult to find.
