Edens Garden Stress Relief 100% Pure Essential Oil Blend 10 ml (.33 oz)

This is our favorite oil ever. We use it almost nightly. It smells soooo good!! I feel like it does have a bit of a patchouli smell, which i love. But I know some people dont.

I have totally fallen in love with these oils! The first one I got was lavender since it is my favorite scent and I like to brain train with them, meaning I make the scent of my choice the scent that triggers relaxation, my memories are held strongly to fragrances. The lavender I mix with Bergamot to help me sleep and that works wonderfully. But then I saw they had one for stress! Seriously who isn’t stressed out right now, it’s the holidays after all. The stress one smells wonderful and is truly reminiscent of any of the oils used for relaxation massages or at the spa. I diluted it with a carrier oil and spread it on my wrists and temples. It smells wonderful and calming. The scent is light and warm. I add it to my oil diffuser too when doing yoga or relaxing. I think I am up to 5 of these oils and will be buying many more. My sister is also hooked on them. Keep up the good work !

I'm new to the essential oil world and this was the first oil I have tried. It has a very distinct natural and medicinal smell. I've used it only in a diffuser thus far and have noticed the smell does help transform you into a calmer state of mind. I mostly pick up the patchouli scent out of the blend. It's not my favorite smell but the oil does what it was intended - calm you down and destress you. I felt better results with this blend rather than the edens garden "calm" blend. Which ironically I prefer the smell of. The shipper did sent this item extremely quick and sent all my oils in a bundle which lowered shipping cost. I appreciated the quick speed. The oils are in a high quality dropper bottle and 100% pure.

Very nice aroma

I am a big fan of Young Living's "Peace & Calm". Unfortunately, it is often out of stock (and it ain't cheap.) When I discovered Edens Garden and their lower prices, I decided to give them a try. At first I tried "Good Night" because I had read that it was comparable to YL's "Peace & Calm".....but, in my opinion, "Good Night" is nothing like "Peace & Calm." Then I tried "Stress Relief" and I was not disappointed! I love "Stress Relief" and use it often. And by often, I mean ALL.THE.TIME. (Hey, I have 3 teens and a 7 year old who home schools!) I keep a small bottle of "Stress Relief" with a roller fitment (roller ball) in my purse, and have a larger bottle at home by my diffuser. School always goes much smoother when that diffuser is going! If the teen girls are being exceptionally moody, I bring the diffuser with a fresh supply of "Stress Relief" right into the family room or kitchen -- wherever the teens may be. :) Not sure how much it calms THEM down, but it sure helps mom!! Also.....the 7 year old likes for me to rub "Stress Relief" on the soles of his feet when I tuck him in at night, like I used to do with the Peace & Calm. Bottom line: I've had a steady stream of "Stress Relief" coming from Edens Garden for the past several months. They ship quickly and have great customer service.

Honestly this is like my top-rated essential oil right now! Love the smell and it actually helps with stress relief! I was not expecting much but you try anyway! And I’m just gonna say if you don’t own this oil yet you have to try it! Literally my favourite!

I’ve tried many different oils to find something a little more masculine that I could use in my apartment and this one does the job. By far the most pronounced scent is patchouly and a day after putting 15 drops through my diffuser it’s still lingers rather nicely. I would even recommend this over a Yankee Candle.

Fantastic smell! Really helps me and my husband calm down our anxiety and it also really helps our dog who also has anxiety to really relax. Will be buying more again when I run out!
