My lock won’t latch, it pops open easily. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi Patti! Thank you for reaching us! Please make sure that you push the cable into the lock till you hear the “click” sound. If there is a problem with the lock, please apply for a replacement and we will send you a new one free of charge!

Why wont the numbers turn when open to hide the number lock. someone walks by and looks at the numbers once open they know the combination?

How do i change my code?

Insert cable into the lock. Put in your combination. Press the reset button with a pointed object and hold. While holding the reset button set a new combination. Reset button in a new combination will be set.

What to do if you loose the combination?!!

Dear Customer, in order to provide safety the lock combination can be changed only by the person who knows the code (you need to press the reset button after you apply the code you use). If you forgot the code - the only way is to try different combinations until you find the right one.
